The manager of the outlet store in Livermore is rude and careless of customers, her name is Roselyn. I needed to exchange exact same bag just for a different color, normally they do an even exchange, the cashier asked her authorization for the exchange but she refused to authorize it. She told me, you either return it or pay the difference I can't give you an even exchange and then she just left. The cashier was apologizing to me for the way the manager handle the situation. I typically buy a lot of stuff from this store, but I won't come back. This manager do not care about customer satisfaction at all, because if she did, she would authorize the exchange with no problem.
Kate Spade. Lots of inventory and sale.
Terrible customer service. We walk in at 6:50pm, 10 minutes before closing. An old Asian lady tells us they are closing in 10 minutes right in front of my face and girlfriends. Then telling us she is closing the door. We ignore it and scroll around; look at a bag that my girlfriend liked. She then tells us again that we have to pay now or we leave. There was many people still in the store. They supposedly closing the cash register. She was pressuring us to buy the bag and end up not getting it just because of that. We were at Gucci earlier and they were closed while we were inside. Not a single word about closing or you must leave the store because we are closed. Kate Spade outlet service is rude and unprofessional. Never coming back.
Superb customer service. One cashier helped a non speaking customer the best she can. Very commendable. Line is not too long. Prices are good. So many choices. Highly recommended
Great deals for bags, you can still find season styles and not just out of season items .
Very popular store. Lots of great sales. When I was here, it was 70% off on a lot of the hand bags and purses. Service: The employees here are very kind. Got free water bottle from them. It can be difficult to find an available employee since there is so many people in the store. Ambience: It's very big for a Kate Spade store. All the new styles are in the front. The back has the clearance and best deals. Jewelry can be found in the center. As well as the register. No couches to sit on compared to other Kate Spade stores. Paying can get confusing due to a smallque line.
defective products and they wont let me return. the staff was also playing games saying we are unable to receive money back and will only be getting store credit because of a defective product.
The girl at register seems new. She doest really know how to do a return. She kept asking her co worker to help. But the co worker wasn't willing to help. She just said “just don't click that ” “or go to that page” and kept walk away. And leave her have no clue how to do the next step. I've been standing there for 40minutes, staring at new girl that has no clue how to do a return. The manager saw I’ve been standing there for such a long time, but she was just texting on her phone at the front door without offering any help. Finally the Co worker realized it has been too long and step in and help. After 10 more minutes, she couldn't figure out how to do return either. Finally, she went to the manager and ask for help. The manager came, and the return was process with only a minute. Basically... I stood there almost a hour, watching them clicking on the register with no clue which could have been finished in just few seconds. The manager could have just come over and teach her employee how to do return. Not just stood there and watch a customer standing there for an hour without caring anything , until an employee came to get her. This store really need to work on Team Work. They seems like they only care about their own sale, and not willing to help each other.
Livermore outlets : This is my one of my favorite shopping malls in Bay Area. They have Longchamp, well the only LongChAmp in Bay Area. You can spent around 3-4 hours easily here. I would say. They have something for everyone.
The supervisor Mary Jane was sooo helpful. I was returning a purse I had purchased last year at a different Kate Spade Outlet in Milpitas, Ca and since I didn't have the receipt and the cashier did not take my email information, the associate from the Great Mall was giving me a hard time and would not let me return or exchange my purse that had discrepancies and was under warranty. I did everything in my power even got my back statement and yet he, David, would not exchange my item. I had a very bad experience with management at the Great Mall Outlet. I ended up going to the Kate Spade Outlet store located in Livermore, Ca and I spoke with Mary Jane, supervisor, and with no hesitation, she helped me and allow me to get an exchange/credit for what the present value of the purse was. Her and her work staff were very helpful and made me feel comfortable and secure as a Kate Spade customer should be. I am very grateful and appreciative for believing in me and helping with the issue I had with my purchased item. Thank you again Mary Jane!!! You are awesome!!!
