We've been trying for two days to get a refill on our granddaughter's migraine medication. Katie trail says they called it in. Wal.art says they have to talk to the doctor to refill ot. I called Katy trail again and told them to call Walmart and then us. So far no call back from Katy trail. Poor communication by Katy trail. In the meantime my granddaughter suffers.

They know their the only ones in warsaw that accepts the insurances that no other dentist in warsaw does so they forget about half of Warsaw and only accepts children and pregnant women

I love Katy Trail of Warsaw. I was in today with my daughter, who was feeling pretty anxious about her visit. Her nurse was incredible and my daughter could not help but feel more at ease with her. She made this visit one that may encourage my daughter to be less reluctant to seek the care she needs. Thank you. She even cared for some issues concerning my aunt's health. The doctor was careful with my daughter. He let her know what he was going to do before doing it which help incredibly with her anxiety. The entire staff was friendly and efficient and I do not feel that my daughter could have received better care anywhere else.

Jessica is a wonderful dental hygienist! She will do everything in her power to get your teeth healthy, and give you the tools and tips that you need! Jessica will make your visit very pleasant, no reason to be afraid of dental!

Over an hour wait so far... my sister waited 15 min to be taken back which is pretty normal. Then it’s been over hour waiting in the patient room... I am in the lobby. There has been a total of 3 other patients all of which have been in and out already. They aren’t even busy... what is going on. Never been here before, this is a horrible first impression.

Decent Drs. Would be better if they didn't hire people that got asked to resign from GV after the police informed them that she was writing her own scripts and stealing patients return meds. Terrible.
