Dekalb Park District has completed Phase 2 of Katz Dog Park at ~201 W. Dresser Rd. Please use the Park often and please clean up after your dog and others
The Dekalb Park District has generously provided us with a free off leash fully fenced preliminary Dog Park. In order to save money and time the dog park has converted a Softball Field with an adjacent fenced in area for smaller dogs. There are doggie waste bags and cans provided. The Park District will be looking for an even larger permanent location in the spring if the park is well utilized.
The posted hours are from sunrise to sunset. The Park District will be putting the lights on timers until 8 pm to see if that works well for users and neighbors to the park.
