Please allow at least 10-14 days for your purchase to ship.
If it is a pre-order item, allow more time, as we will have to wait for them to be shipped to us.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS - YOU MUST CONTACT US AT ONCE IF YOU HAVE A DEFECT IN YOUR ITEM - please note Normal wear and tear and not using correct washing instructions DO NOT APPLY! Shipped Returns:
You pay return shipping. We accept 21 days after we have shipped. Please provide phone number and name in package so we can call you to verify we have received and notify you of your credit or refund. Please ship with a tracking number. We are not responsible for lost items. Items need to be SMOKE FREE, No stains (makeup/deodorant), and NO signs of PET HAIR. Item MUST HAVE the tag(s) still attached. We have the right to refuse any item that does not meet our standards.
