I recently had a really bad experience at another dental office so I was very nervous going to my first appointment at Hometown Dental. However, within 5 minutes of meeting Emily and talking through a plan for my care, I immediately started to feel at ease and ended up leaving the office feeling confident and relieved by the exceptional care from Emily and Dr. Costa. Emily was so so kind and patient with me. She showed a genuine understanding of my severe dental anxiety and assured me that she would be transparent with me every step of the way. She took the time to visually show me what was going on after taking x-rays, explained what needed to be done, and made me feel like I was in great hands. The best part - there was absolutely NO judgement or shame whatsoever even though I had not been to the dentist in a long time. Dr. Costa came in once Emily was finished assessing and was likewise very kind, patient, and personable. He gave me some really solid advice and made me feel 100x more sure of myself and my care plan than when I first walked in. The staff at Hometown Dental are the best of the best! They are true professionals who will treat you with kindness and respect. Highly recommend. :

I hadn't been to the dentist since 2012 when I first made my appointment at Hometown, due to very bad experiences in the past. When I first got to Hometown, Dr. Lancaster and LaTanya were so amazing and nice. They understood my anxiety surrounding dentists and were some of the nicest people I've come across.  And When I called with a dental abscess, the office was prompt in getting my appointment scheduled and antibiotics ordered.  Forever my favorite dentist.

My first interaction with Hometown Dental was booking my appointment. I called on a Monday as a new patient. They had me scheduled for an appointment that Wednesday.  After waking up late Wednesday, I had nothing short of a chaotic morning. Stressed and extremely anxious I dread the dentist I arrived for my appointment. The moment I stepped foot in the office, I relaxed. The office has a peaceful, soothing ambience. I almost forgot I was at the dentist! Doctor Costa and his associates were an absolute delight to work with. He made sure I was good and numb for the extraction. It was smooth and painless. We also built a plan for the rest of the dental work I need. It's wonderful to have an office with superb skills and advanced technology in my hometown. I'm actually looking forward to my next visit!

been going to see. Lancaster! he is very impressive, gentle, explains everything very competent and works on getting you financed if you need it. I don't usually have anything good to say about dentist but Dr. Lancaster is a league of his own. I would recommend him to anyone! I will do another review when its all done, I'm sure it will be an excellent outcome.

I was so happy with everyone. From the time I walked in,to going to the back. The dental assistants were so nice and the dentist was awesome. He listened to me and the issues I was having with my old dentures, and THAT made me happy. I feel that I picked the right place to go to for a new dentist. And the office is beautiful.

The doctor is great. Seems knowledgeable and honest with his opinions and recommendations. The staff is friendly, the equipment is modern and their facility is VERY clean. I was eye-balling stuff during a cleaning and was surprised by how clean everything was. There wasn't even any dust on the HVAC registers. Initially I had consults at both Hometown and Tiger Dental. After my consult with Hometown Dental I cancelled my Tiger Dental Consult and stayed with Hometown. So far I've had the cleaning and an implant and I'm happy I found this team. I look forward to getting my smile back.

This was one of the best dental experiences I have ever had. I went in to have a tooth removed that had been broken in half during a root canal 5 years ago out west.This team worked skillfully and in minimal time. It's only been 4 hours since I had it removed, and I haven't had to take anything for pain even when the numbness wore off. I feel like it's completely healed already  though I know to be careful for a few days yet I am amazed with this Dentist. I will use them from now on.

 Five stars for the doctor and staff!! Everyone is kind and goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable in their presence. I am "that patient" with lots of questions and am nervous every visit and they have never failed to answer my questions free of judgement and make me feel at ease. I have found my long-term dental team and thank all of you for your professionalism.

Love them so much. Doc is the best. Jesse and Sara rock the front. Everyone else in the back is so sweet. Latoya and Autumn are just as sweet as peach pie. See you guys soon!!!!
