Dr. Joel D. Chappell, DDS purchased this practice from Dr. Rodger Simmons in July of 2013. Dr. Chappell moved to Sedalia with his wife and three children this year from San Antonio, TX where he had been practicing dentistry for 12 years.

Sedalia Family Dentistry Specializes in dental care for the whole family. Our office is always a pleasant, relaxing atmosphere, where individual patient needs are our principal interest.

The doctor and staff aim to provide exceptional personal service and the highest quality dental care possible. We submit to most insurances. We are in network with Assurant, MetLife, and Delta Dental.

I have been going to them for almost a year now.  They are great.  The check in and check out process is always done on time, as scheduled.  They never make you wait very long.  Overall they do a really good job.

Dr. Chappell's office is absolutely great with kiddos and my husband has good things to say as well! Come see him if you are looking for a dentist that is great for the whole family. 10/10! &lt;3

Sedalia Family Dentistry is awesome! Dr. Chappell and his staff are super friendly and professional. Making appointments is easy and visits are on time...no long wait times. Great dental care...that is the “tooth”.

These people will charge you one amount, wait for you to pay it out of pocket and then turn around and tell you 6 MONTHS LATER “it was just an estimate back then, you actually owe 100 more dollars” what a joke

Dr Matt cannot handle anything further than fillings

I'm usually scared at the dentist but their friendly and helpful staff made it a good appointment! ;-

Love Dr. Chappell and his staff!  They are so good with kids!

Always courteous and helpful. Wait times are never long.

Everyone is really friendly and professional, I'd recommend this office to anyone.
