Very disappointed after my visit today. The upfront staff and nursing assistant were awesome! Very nice and welcoming. However my visit with Dr Zach Manning was quite opposite. People go to the doctors for help, for guidance, especially when going to a specialty office, as most people who go are in some sort of discomfort. I have been in mod-severe pain for weeks now and all I want is help getting better. Not asking for pain meds, like most doctors assume now a days, no I just wanted guidance. Rather than helping me understand the MRI results, he insulted the ER doctors who reviewed them. I know it's not normal for me to lose feeling in my legs and get light headed when my back arches, at the area I was there for him to examine, yet when I mentioned it, nothing was discussed. I went to you for help, to leave feeling like things are only going to worsen. I will get a second opinion but offices are booking months out. If something happens with my spine primarily talking about the fainting problems I hope you can live that. After today's visit, my assumption is you wouldn't even care. Thanks for getting me in, to give me absolutely no guidance

I’ve had 3 different surgeries from Dr.Keiper.All different body parts. Trust him entirely and with my life. Prior, I experienced a neck surgery elsewhere which has left me with a terrible life.

I had DR. Sherman complete a double fusion in my neck earlier this year. While the road to recovery was slow, I am doing very well after 6 months. I recently had a severe sciatic pain and an MRI showed that I had Osteo-arthritis impinging nerves at L4/5. Dr Sherman completed a Laminectomy. I am very happy with the office staff, assistants and doctors/nurses. Dr Sherman is an excellent Surgeon. I recommend this staff to any person needing their assistance.

I have never been to a better medical facility and unfortunately I have been to many. Dr. Keiper performed a laminectomy on my L2 and I had instant relief. His assistant Dana Rubin is the most thorough medical provider I have ever seen and Dr. Surrett has done a steroid injection that also provided immediate relief. He is top notch at his job. The surgery center, which is also where injections are done is very impressive. Every person introduces themselves, they all take the time to explain in detail what is going to happen while being very personable and are very good at answering any questions without you feeling rushed, ever. I could not have asked to have had better experiences any time I have been there. Outstanding in every way as far as I’m concerned. Thank you all.

Dr. Angeles was very informative of the details of the surgery which I appreciated very much. The staff they were very friendly and I felt very comfortable. The day of my surgery, everything was explained to me thoroughly. Although I did have some slight complications, I am very pleased with the results of my L4, L5 fusion. I immediately noticed that the sciatic nerve cramp, and the dropfoot were gone. I had a soreness from surgery. Overall, that pain was less than the pain that I have been living and working with in the past five years. I like to thank everyone at Keiper Spine . I also highly recommend Keiper Spine .

I couldn't be happier with my surgery. Dr. Angeles is a miracle worker. I was skeptical because I've had chronic low back pain for years and I'm pain free for the first time in forever. Office staff are excellent and easy to work with. I highly recommend Dr.Angeles and Keiper spine.

We have a referral/prior auth to see Dr. at Keiper Spine for my husband's severe neck issue, C4-T1, including pain loss of arm strength/numbness.Their website states they accept OHP. They do not at this time and would not schedule.They need to change their website and let other physicians in Oregon know so time in not wasted getting a useless referral to this clinic.

Glen Keiper and Ralph Peterson were the best at figuring out and fixing the pain in my back . I had two surgeries at Keiperspine surgery Center last year and I am pain free and able to do almost everything I want to. I had a laminectomy and a SI Joint fusion on the right side. I will always recommend them.

DR keiper and his team where the best very professional and nice. They took time to explain everything that was going to happen the day I had surgery, and ask if I had questions and did not rush. The people at the surgery center are very nice caring, the made me feel comfortable and as relaxed as possible. I woke up and my bad pain in my back and leg were gone just some incision pain. Thank you all for everything you did for me if i ever have a more back problems I differently coming to Keiper Spine. MARK JONES

First I want to note that my reviews are overwhelmingly positive. So this 1 star is well deserved. Don't waste your time with these people. They sent me for an MRI, after waiting 2 weeks I called them and their disrespectful medical assistant Jenae or whatever goes over the results over the phone instead of the doctor. These people will bill your insurance 417 dollars for a 5 minute appointment. Eugene has lots of choices in Neurosurgeon, choose a different one.
