I've been coming to Dr. Henderson for 10+ years and have always been thrilled with his work. I've seen him keep on top of new dental technology and I'm sure he will continue to do so. It's similar to the dentistry I had as a kid, but so much better and easier. He's also very friendly and excited to explain things. Highly recommended!
Dr Henderson is a skilled professional who constantly updates his techniques to ensure the best treatment possible. His precision and expertise were evident in every procedure, and he took the time to explain everything, putting me at ease. My hygienist Jenny was incredibly caring and attentive. She made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived and showed genuine concern for my well-being. Her thoroughness during the cleaning was impressive, leaving me with a healthier smile. The clinic itself had a welcoming atmosphere, and the staff were friendly and organized. They maintained the highest standard of cleanliness, which further instilled confidence in their professionalism.
I am beyond blessed to be Dr Keith’ patient from the day I entered the doors for the first time and with my every other visit I am amazed at every moment I am treated by every member of his stuff. I feel like a spoiled child : I had my teeth cleaned yesterday by Jenifer and it felt like a spa procedure - so totally different from all my previous experiences at other places. I almost dozed away and still enjoy the feeling in my mouth. Very gentle yet thorough work done, I am overly happy and cannot wait for my next visit
Dr. Keith Henderson is the best. Excellent work. No pain. For many years, his father was my excellent dentist. Dr. Keith is every bit as good as his father was. Nobody is better.
My wife and I have been patients at Dr. Henderson's office for several years. The hygienists are all friendly, and even take notes about your conversation to remember you for your next cleaning, and do a great job with keeping our teeth clean. The front desk staff are also friendly and easy to work with. Dr. Henderson does a great job on checking on the health of our teeth and only recommending services that he feels are needed immediately, or in the future, without any pressure or upsell. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for a friendly team to take care of your teeth!
If you have been searching for an EXCELLENT dentist, Dr. Hendson is the one! Our family had an unfortunate situation with a previous dentist and we switched to Dr. Henderson about 3-4 years ago. We couldn't be happier with the dental care we have received since then! First of all, Dr. Henderson is genuinely the NICEST Dentist ever. He is always positive and makes you feel completely comfortable while in his care. Secondly & importantly, I feel he is very trustworthy. You can feel confident & comfortable with anything that is done in his office. His tech is AMAZING... he has the very best equipment in his office. If you need a crown, they have the capability to make your crown in their office so in most cases, you only need one visit for a crown instead of two. He also has notch equipment for sterilizing and keeping his office clean during this darn pandemic. It's so clean that you feel completely safe while there for exams & treatments. Lastly, but also very important, EACH & EVERY member of his staff is AMAZING! The best Dental Office ever! Note: I'm not a family member, friend or paid patient... I have been seeing Dr Henderson for over 20 years and I saw his Father before...I cancelled my appointment over the weekend for a Monday due to a work emergency. Please be aware that Ashley & Tracy are around to charge you $75 when you cancel an appointment not within their 2 business days. It's a policy that they have and they will not deviate from. I feel this office has no loyalty towards their patients and are only in it for the money and not for dental care or the well being of the people they see. Very disappointing and a total bummer but when a business shows you who they are...you have to believe them. From my experience working with them today, I truly think this Dental office cares about $$$ only... Interestingly enough my entire family stopped seeing Dr Henderson many years ago due to some uncomfortable social posts coming from their office. I stuck it out with them b/c I liked them and will chalk this up to a "teachable moment". BEWARE of Dr Henderson's front office staff and watch your wallet because they certainly will not miss an opportunity to go in there and take as much as they can...
Dr. Henderson has one of the most technically advanced dental offices that I have ever visited. He has all the latest equipment to analyze, diagnose and treat dental issues. Many of the treatments requiring implants crowns, teeth guards, etc. can be designed and manufactured in the office. He has an air treatment and air irradiation set-up to deal with COVID. Again, the most advanced that I have ever seen anywhere let alone a dental office. The staff is super nice and friendly. The office sends out timely appointment reminders, and has very convenient hours, and seems to have sufficient staff to cover them well. I would highly recommend this dental office!!
My front tooth fell out last night! I called Dr. Henderson on his emergency line. He called me back right away & got me in today! Able to smile again! So grateful to Dr. Henderson! Turned out my tooth broke off under the crown! It was not a pretty sight. So grateful to my wonderful dentist! Dr. Henderson has always been very attentive to coordinating & working around family medical challenges and very sensitive to financial considerations. He has a wonderful support staff as well. We have been with him over 15 years & wouldn't consider any other dentist! Thank you again, Irene.
