As a long time client, I was getting a little frustrated after unsuccessfully reaching out to make some changes to one of my policies and just when I was about to give up, Gloria D. answered the phone and having worked with her before I knew that everything would be okay! She is incredibly professional, empathetic, resourceful, and a great listener AND communicator. She took the time to get the information she needed from me, assessed my needs and wants and took care of my request within a few minutes. I am grateful for Gloria and want to make sure that people know that she's the real deal. Thank you Gloria!
I just stopped by Chicago Heights office, I was very welcome and I met very nice people there. When they send me someone to make the appraisal, he just made it on time and the agent was very polite and respectful. I did not like how much they estimated my place because I think it is $10000 more it worth and I am not sure if I can sell it with the appraisal price, however, I appreciate their service and professional opinion. Thank you!
I've been with Allstate for 25+ years and recently I've been having an issue with my agent Keli E. Davenport at Davenport Ins Svcs in Chicago in Heights, Illinois. I've had three cars under my car insurance but as February one of the vehicles was in a car accident was reported a loss. I called my agent to let her know that the vehicle and my daughter was no longer insured. She had moved and lost her car that was under the insurance since March, and they have still to remove the car along with my daughter. I have also been over charged since then. I've called multiply times but at no avail. I was told by the Allstate 1800 number that I could receive the money that was due to me from the overcharges taken out of my bank account but was later told by my agent that it could only be used as credit to my account. I have decided that after 25+ years with Allstate, to not renew my car and house insurance and move on to a different insurance. I just feel that my agent has not been listening to me this whole time. I don't understand why it's taking so long to remove my daughter and her car from my car insurance? This May now!
Recently I had an urgent issue occur with my insurance, I visited the office without an appointment and was assisted by Gloria and Yesenia. They reviewed my policy, suggested ways to save and they resolved my urgent issue. Their customer service was top notched and they made me feel like a valuable customer. As the slogan says “You Are in Good Hands with Allstate”
Insurance great til you file a claim. And they raise your premiums on you.
Allstate agent Gloria.D was very helpful when I called the Allstate office Wednesday morning. I had a question regarding my policy and she was a very patient and willing to find a solution. Her findings to my question gave me clarity and peace of mind. Thank you again.

Kelli Davenport and her team are great! I've been with them over 20 years and they are always accessible when I need them. Most recently, agent Gloria reviewed my homeowners policy that resulted in savings of several hundred dollars! I've spoken with Gloria before and she always takes the time to explain details and answer all of my questions.
Switched over to Allstate from State Farm saved over $125.00 a month in my auto insurance. Happy that Yesenia and Kelli were able to assist me when I needed them the most!
I went here twice and each time I went, it was a dreading experience. After my second visit, I won't be back because they only care about money. I am not writing this review to trash talk about this all state location. Hence my two stars. I want to share my experience. I believe that when your getting insurance, it is important to build a good relationship and be able to communicate. The young lady that help me find a quote, rush me through it. The sad part is that I was the only one there. She didn't even help me customize a quote to fit my needs. The quote she gave me was the one she wanted too. It was like it's my way or the highway. I left. I decided to go with state farm. State farm gave me a better quote with full coverage for way less than allstate.
