I do not usually leave reviews anywhere, but this is different. I want to thank Christine and her staffs a excellent and exceptional service for my dad. She went above and beyond our expectations and very supportive. Thank you again Christine for help my dad to his final resting place.

When you are at your lowest and most vulnerable, you need to be around people you can trust and that have your best interests at heart. The team at Kelly on Somerset are kind, thoughtful, compassionate and made everything seamless for us. Christine was our director and provided exceptional service before and after the service. Highly recommend them if you find yourself in need of their services.

I never thought that I would say that planning for our funerals would be a pleasant experience but because of Nicole Vallentyne, ours was just that. My wife and I thought that planning early hopefully for our funerals would relieve our children of the financial and emotional burden that would accompany our passing. As Nicole guided us through the process she explained with great detail and clarity what our choices were and we never felt pressured. We were truly impressed with her knowledge and her ability to answer clearly our questions. We were quite satisfied with final costs which were less that we expected. And then came the surprise. A couple of days after our session with her, Nicole telephoned us to say that since we had made and set up payment plans for both of us, she had been able to arrange a significant discount for us. All that was necessary was to have new financial documents signed. She suggested that rather than having us come in again to the funeral home she would bring the documents to our house for signing. How much better service can you have than that! I would strongly recommend to anyone that Nicole Vallentyne from Kelly Funeral Home should be the first one that you think of when you come to make your final arrangements. John Pitre

During some of our most difficult days, Kelly’s Funeral Home made our last days with our loved one very memorable. Every single staff member we encountered, was compassionate, knowledgeable and professional. They made sure our every need was met and every question answered. It was comforting to know that the staff had every single aspect under control from the very beginning to the final day.

We are never prepared for a loved one's passing. When my father passed suddenly in his sleep it was a huge shock to the whole family. He was our pillar and the rock that held everything together. I can't help but feel he was looking over us when we ended up with Kristen as our funeral director. We have a bit of a dysfunctional family and she was so incredibly kind, patient and helpful every step of the way. Incredibly soft spoken, empathetic and understanding she is perfectly suited for her career. If you are going through the difficult time of arranging a loved one's funeral I highly recommend Kristen as a director, and the Somerset location as well.
