I needed one more gallon to finish a job, but they told me they were all out of 1-gallon units, but offered a 5-gallon. I bought the 5-gallon to avoid a long drive to another store. Based on my observations of employee behavior, I am led to think they had 1-gallon units but were just trying to sell me more paint than what I needed. Anyway, the product was adequate.
Robert, Paul, and Anthony were wonderfully helpful and managed to fulfill our entire order despite having supply-chain problems. They also worked with us to answer all our questions about specific products, and we came away with all our needs met. A lovely experience!
It's clear this store is oriented for professional paint contractors v. average consumers. I asked for help from the two staff members when the store was empty. They were mixing paint, and asked me to wait a few minutes. 20 minutes later & they'd moved on to other customers - contractors - and neglected to follow up with me. They weren't unfriendly or anything, just the opposite of helpful.
Manager or superviser made snide remarks about my color choices yes they were dark colors thinking I couldn’t hear him. He then noticed I was listening but pretended nothing happened...the employees of the store were helpful though! Just be careful, if you choose the wrong color the manager might start talking trash about you.
Ordered a cabot oil based stain online. Apparently they didn't have it, didn't get a call about it and was only told when I arrived in store. These companies still haven't figured out how to work in the internet age. Employees are friendly enough, but please cover your nose with your masks when you come within 6 ft of a customer. I have family that can't risk catching the covid.
Bring a piece of paint and they will match it up for you,good quality paint plus you can buy everything you need for any small or big project.Workers are very helpful.
Popped in today, to get 3 sample 1/4's. The man attending was very helpful and also gave a complimentary device to open the paint tins with.
Great helpful service. Very friendly and knowledge. Busy which is a great sign means they are doing a great job at what they do.
The Account Manager, Store Manager and staff are kind and always helpful. Great job!
