This is the place where many of the professionals come to source paint. It’s usually busy and the people in line look like they are in the trades, which is a good thing. I think it’s best to shop where the professionals go and I would expect good service and inexpensive products. Although I prefer to shop at the competition down the street, I will come here periodically when I want paint that doesn’t cost too much. In the most recent case, I needed paint to rehab a rental property and Kelly Moore is the perfect place. Good people and good products equals a winner.
The manager Hhafiz is awesome! very helpful! pleasant hill location gave me a wrong color code and they told me that the walnut creek location has it. after Hafiz in walnut creek made the paint I realized the color code pleasant hill location gave me is wrong! this was a $700 mistake by pleasant hill location person! the manager in walnut creek could simply sent me back to the pleasant hill location so they fix it but instead he kindly credited back the wrong color and himself made me the correct color! awesome guy! thanks!
Alex was so incredibly helpful in picking out a beam stain today. She took the time to explain different clear costs and make up samples for me. And Gabe was super sweet to my pup, Cooper. Really nice and thoughtful staff all around! Thanks for the great customer service.
I was sent to the store with a list of items to get. Mick helped me find everything based off pictures. He was very helpful and easy to talk with. While I was there all employees wore masks. When I was done Mick helped bring all the items to my car and wore gloves & his maks while doing. Felt like a very safe interaction and very pleased with what I left with.
Definitely not the worst one I've been to but definitely not the best. I found the wait to be a bit long but the staff seemed to be friendly except for the person that helped me. The parking lot I also found to be very tight and extremely annoying considering how busy they were. I normally frequent the store on Clayton road which I find to be much better all around
I was quite impressed with the professionalism of this store. I had the opportunity to work with a gentleman by the name of Casey. He was very knowledgeable with the products the store carried and explained the different sheens I could use. He took the time to work with me using the paint fan and chips so that I could select the colors that I felt best met my needs and went well with each other. I certainly came out feeling much more confident with the choices I made. It is nice to know that Kelly Moore hires people that are more than mere salespeople.
A special thanks to Mick for going above and beyond to get a large quantity of hard to get stain I needed on a commercial job. He grabbed from other K.M.'s and even contacted the supplier. Awesome job , especially during a product shortage.
Painters store is good and good place but son people don't friendly on my personal experience sea ? for attending how work coffee machine sea i don like coofe only hot tea...is not correct answer and angry I don't come back this store
The KM on North Main was open today and as a novice I had many questions on how to paint a trellis. Tony was a great help and spent twenty minutes with me on what paint , rollers and brushes to use. Tony is a real asset for KM. Thanks for the help! Thanks.
Best experience! Came in with a dried up sample in a HUGE time crunch and Casey at this store made it happen!! Great, friendly service first thing on a Monday morning. Couldn’t be happier.
