Class Descriptions:
Power Yoga - The core of this class is inspired by Ashtanga Yoga. This is a more vigorous style flow connecting movement with breath. It is great for building core strength. It is an intermediate level class however modifications will be given for all levels.
Gentle Yoga - A great class for people who are new to yoga or for those who want to focus on stretching, proper alignment, and posture.
Chair Yoga - A gentle form of yoga that is practiced from sitting on a chair, or standing using a chair for support.
