Transitions Healthcare Gettysburg is a 135 bed skilled nursing facility. We offer rehabilitation, long term care, respite services and Share and Care Adult Daycare. On our rehab unit we offer private and semi-private rooms. Each patient has their own flat screen TV and phone. We also offer a Cardiac Rehabilitation Program. Patient's who would benefit from cardiac rehab are monitored closely by nursing, rehab and our dietician.
