I had an unforgettable stay at the Holiday Inn Aurora North-Naperville. The room was spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The hotel's location near shopping and dining options made it even better. The attentive staff made me feel like a valued guest, and I'll definitely return.Rooms: 5/5

This is a nice hotel for the price. That said, first night, was amazing I slept like a King. However the second night….. I get home from an all day event, I walk inside and it absolutely reeks of cigarette smoke. Interesting enough, I put the do not disturb sign on my door..my bed wasn’t made, it appeared nobody has entered my room. So, why did my room smell so bad? I went down to the front desk to explain the situation, they explained I would not be charged for this and that this is normal. That’s questionable, on the door is a no smoking sign, I don’t smoke, why does my room smell like smoke? All in all, I wouldn’t stay here again. While the rooms have the the potential to be good, the service and questionable smells do not make for a good experience. 0/5 stars if possible. Noteworthy details: Stanky

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Holiday Inn Aurora North- Naperville, and I must say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted by a warm and welcoming staff who made me feel right at home. The room I stayed in was not only spacious and beautifully appointed but also exceptionally clean and comfortable. The attention to detail in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of the room was evident and reassuring, especially in these times. The hotel's amenities exceeded my expectations. The complimentary breakfast was a delightful spread with a variety of options to suit every palate. The fitness center and indoor pool area were well-maintained and provided a great way to unwind after a long day. One of the standout features of this hotel was its location. It's conveniently situated near shopping, dining, and attractions, making it an excellent choice for both business and leisure travelers. Plus, the complimentary parking was a convenient perk that added to the overall value of my stay. What truly sets this hotel apart, though, is its exceptional staff. They were consistently attentive, friendly, and eager to go above and beyond to ensure that my stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Their commitment to providing outstanding service made a significant impression on me. In summary, my stay at the Holiday Inn Aurora North- Naperville was nothing short of exceptional. It's a hotel that combines comfort, convenience, and outstanding service into one memorable package. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area and look forward to returning on my next trip.

I'll start with the good. It's a great location, the lobby looks nice, and some of the staff are helpful and kind. Upon arrival, we immediately switched rooms since the one we were given smelled like lysol and urine. The next room has been good and comfortable. The cleaning ladies were great all four days, providing us with more coffee and towels as needed. The bar /restaurant is a joke. Between $9 and $18 for breakfast cafeteria food. We were supposed to receive complimentary breakfast for my family of 3, but was told I could only get 2 one morning, then the next morning the server was too busy to even take my order before the kitchen closed, and then proceeded to try to blame it on me for not knowing their hours....when she is the one that told me they'd still be open for another hour. The pool the whole reason we chose this place when the neighboring hotels pool was closed for maintenance is/was disgusting. Cloudy water, a dead tree in a pot, rusty water fountains, and skimmer baskets full of what appears to be hair and diaper fluff. I could write a book on the issues with this place. No AC in the hallways, floor 3 is the only floor with ice. My door doesn't close properly, so it takes 4 times slamming it to get it to lock. I brought all this to their attention, but since I booked through a third party, their "hands are tied". I was told this repeatedly, even by Holiday Inns corporate customer service, whom I spent 45 minutes on hold waiting for. I'm incredibly disappointed.

I can't say enough good things about this Holiday Inn. From check-in to check-out, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was immaculate, and the bed was so comfortable that I had a great night's sleep. I'll definitely be returning to this hotel for my future trips to Naperville.Rooms: 5/5
