Kennesaw Memorial Park

The location we chose would be exactly where my wife would want as her resting place. Her location at cemetery is very quiet and peaceful. It will allow all her family and friends to go and enjoy their time with her. The staff were very professional and helpful in every way. During that difficult time, the Kennesaw Service Advisor was very supportive, professional & informative, which made our decision to purchase the location very easy. Thank you Kennesaw Memorial!

My experience with Kennesaw Memorial I would have to say it was not a good one. My mother passed on a Saturday and I try to reach them on Monday but was told that the person that I needed to speak to you had already gone for the day so I called early that Tuesday morning and had to leave a message. I got a return phone call and when I informed them when I was trying to have my mothers services I was told that they could not accommodateme.That kind of blew my mind, and I asked him were they not in the accommodating business and apologize for my mother, not passing away on their schedule. I felt that that was a very insensitive comment to make. It was suggested that on the Friday that I intended on having her funeral at 12 o’clock that I bury her first at 11 when they had availability of course I said no but it would have to be done at a later time after some back-and-forth I guess with whom ever they need to speak to. They offered me a timer for 2:30 PM on Friday. I just felt that on top of dealing with my mother passing that the whole situation should have been handled a lot better I should’ve never been told they could not accommodate me. He should have gotten off the phone and spoke to whoever he needed to speak to and got me a time on Friday and just came back to me and said this is what we can do to accommodate you . I never should’ve heard the words I can’t accommodate you. It should’ve been more like give me some time. Let me see what I can do, but I did not receive that .The burial itself was not a good experience when we actually got to the memorial park to bury my mother, I was offended by the fact that the workers working the whole time we were there they didn’t like stop and let us pay our respects to my mom privately they were putting her in the ground and covering her up as we were there for the services at the memorial site so I am not happy at all with what I received their

The cemetery is so beautiful and peaceful. Nichelle was wonderful during all of our communication with her. She helped us with pre-planning, then with the arrangements after my mom’s passing, on the day of the service, and even checked in with us afterwards. She was very caring yet professional. Thank you Nichelle for helping us through a very difficult time.

The people at Kennesaw Memorial Park was more help to us and Mrs. Henry told my son everything he needed to do. Kasondra Henry that works there was very sweet and very personal at our time of need she is an awesome Lady and if it wasn't for her I don't know what we would have done. The headstone she showed my son and it is beautiful and when we go to the Cemetery its so beautiful. Thank you Mrs Henry for all you done your like an angel sent from heaven to help us. I would give you ten stars if I could. Thank you for everything. It didn't go unnoticed. Thank you for everything.

Kennesaw Memorial Park is a beautifully maintained cemetery. Every time I come to visit the staff is so kind and friendly. Kasondra in the office has been so good to our family she always has a warm smile on her face you can tell she really cares about the families that have loved ones there. If a have a question for the grounds crew they are polite and attentive. It’s makes visiting my parents a pleasant experience. I’m so glad I choose this Cemetary for my parents final resting place.

My husband and I met with Mary Beth to plan our final resting place. She was patient, thorough, kind and caring. She helped me execute plan following my husband's passing. The company provides resources to help families with next steps following the death of a loved one. Additionally, the location is beautifully maintained. I would definitely recommend Kennesaw Memorial Park to family and friends.

An incredibly beautiful cemetery that is VERY well maintained by top notch maintenance crew. An incredible caring, compassionate office staff who always has the best interest of the family. We have family members and many friends buried there for over 25yrs and any issue brought to the staff's attention has always been met immediately with dignity and care for TLC to our sites. My family couldn't be more pleased and highly recommend this cemetery to anyone.
