It's not enough to know HOW to fight--you need to have the confidence to react and commit and this is what we work on with all ages. We teach self confidence thru a variety of mediums - Ed Parker Kenpo, boxing and kickboxing, personal training, muay thai, jiu jitsu to name a few of the styles.--it's all about creating a healthy lifestyle for people and giving them the tools they need to succeed- especially the young ones. I take students ages 3 and up Appointments for our private/semi private classes are available throughout the day. No one gets lost in a group class setting and this in turn makes for a much better learning experience for the student.
