I’d think twice before I’d send a family member there again. Poor communication with certain dr whom could of cared less about questions we had or concerns. Dr never returned our call we had to call her back. Always short staffed as this is what they told us hmm seems to be the thing to say lately. There were plenty of nurses on the unit when we visited. Just seemed like they had low empathy. Case planner never called us to plan discharge instead plan the discharge with the patient never bothered to involve patients family member. There was one cna named Matt whom was sent from heaven he always was there and went above n beyond for the patient n the other patient in the other bed . He was always professional I think he deserves a gold medal not to many cna out there whom are caring individuals. Danielle the ot was excellent. She wanted to meet with the family to let us know what to do n what to expect. Other than that I would not recommend this place I’d look elsewhere. Discharge wasn’t smooth nobody seemed to know right from left . Pharmacy forgot to send home and important medicine. Discharge at 5:30 pm just a mess . Never again. If this happens again we will look elsewhere. Not Happy at all
The worst experience staff was terrible nurse forgot to give me insulin. I would not recommend this place to anyone they're very horrible.
This was the worst experience with a rehab facility ever. They did not follow the treatment plan nor did they listen to us as family members. Think twice before sending anyone you love to this facility.
My mom is there for rehab and they are not doing it..she had a stroke two weeks ago and they claim she's not getting better. She had an episode and the Dr ordered a E.E.G.....no staff today... very poor for a hospital...I will not be recommending tis place to anyone
