This place is busy. But it's worth the wait. The food is great and they have a lot more variety of food then they used to have. The staff is friendly. It's located inside of a gas station so there isn't any inside dining. They do have a drive thru though. They even offer some desert items such as cakes and apple turnovers.Food: 5/5
Said close at 10:00pm. Enter the drive thru about 9:40. Just got done work needed to grab something on my way home. 20 full minutes before closing. Person on speaker told me basically a few things on the menu were available as “they close in 10 minutes”. Again, its 9:40. So actually they had 20 minutes. Straight up said you know what you thats pathetic and lazy, ima go give mcdonalds my money. Youre open until 10, meaning people can order until 10.
I always get great service at this KFC. The staff is friendly and gets the food out really fast especially compared to a lot of “fast food” places. Shoutout to the guy in the striped shirt today that recommended I try the KFC sauce with my popcorn chicken. It’s great! Thanks Massena KFC.

The manager here was a badass. I would never do a review of a KFC but this guy made me want to give them 5 stars. He was a salesman of the next echelon and made me want to buy a sandwich. Great service.
Food was fresh and hot. Love the little dishes you get with your side. Love the biscuits! The mashed and gravy is the best. They were busy but kept things movingFood: 5/5
* Z E R O S T A R S * Staff couldn't have cared less and showed no consideration for any of the customers. I went in and ordered tenders and fries. Very simple order. Was told it would be a few minutes. As I waited for almost 15 minutes, I watched most of but not all the staff screwing around, throwing food at each other, behaving in the most unprofessional manner I think I've ever seen. They knew I could see them and didn't care. Finally, a guy comes out to the counter to tell me that they actually dont have any tenders right now, and that if I wanted to wait, they could take some out of the freezer. So I asked how much longer I would have to wait, and was told "just" another 10 minutes. I said fine, because it was for my 9 year old son. After a total of 25 minutes, I got my food. The tenders were actually amazing. But the fries were so disgusting we couldnt eat more than one. They were dry and crusty, with no potato inside. This place needs a complete overhaul as far as the staff is concerned. It's absolutely disturbing that, immature, unprofessional and hygiene lacking, people are handling food.

The chicken is so delicious and crispy and your order is up quicker than you can make your drink and bring it back to the counter, service is great! Love that the KFC is located inside of two other businesses too.
New KFC in town. Ordered through the drive thru. Was told it would be a 15 minute wait for the original chicken, so I went with crispy so I didn’t have to wait. When I got up to the window for my food they told me it would be a 5 minute wait for a biscuit. They offered me a cookie, which I accepted because again, didn’t want to wait. Food itself was decent.
