Having to deal with the passing of my father was so hard and I really couldn't think straight. Elizabeth made the entire process easy from start to finish. Elizabeth was so very kind and helpful and took care of handling all of the necessary arrangements. The help I received from Elizabeth was outstanding, she went above and beyond and was always available when I had questions. I'm so grateful and thankful that the process went so smoothly. When my Mother passed last month, I found myself looking for a reasonable and caring mortuary to help with all of the details of a death. It was very hard when my father passed on. They were so gentle and caring. Helped my mom with filling all the necessary paperwork. Now we have everything ready fir when my mom joins the angels. Would differently recommend to everyone. They are very professional and gentle.

Mom had preplanned with Kern several years ago. She passed last week, and the help we recieved from Elizabeth was awsome. She went above and beyond to help us. Living out of state made things a little difficult, but she was there to help in any way possible. Elizabeth is a Rock Star when it comes to helping people.
Kern Mortuary facilitated my mom's burial from nursing home to Riverside National Cemetery unbelievably smooth!!! I am so thankful I had made her burial arrangements well in advance with Kern for my 95 year old mom. I would definitely recommend Kern for loved ones
This is something that is hard to give any rating for, however I have to say that I felt so blessed when I chose Kern's for my mother's cremation services. Alberta helped me from the very beginning until I received my mother's ashes. She made the hardest thing I've ever done in life, so much easier for me. I felt the care she gave my mother from the transfer to the mortuary to the time she sent her urn to me. If you want to feel like your loved one is being treated with care even after they are gone, there is no other place to look. I will be forever grateful to Alberta and the Kern staff
Alberta was a very accommodating, and caring person. She didn't get bothered by my frequent calls, or the family drama. She was very supportive, not pushy, let us make decisions at our own pace. I can't say enough about how awesome she was to me and my family. Thank you so much Alberta, you really made the difference..
