Michelle is very rude and made this the worst experience for my grandma‘s passing. The service was on Thursday, we were told that she would be buried the next day, my mom went up there four days after the service and she wasn’t buried. There was over $1000 of flowers that were to be placed on top of my grandma‘s gravesite after the burial and Michelle couldn’t tell me where they were. Were they thrown away? It’s bad enough that they try to charge my mom thousands of dollars more while planning the service after my grandma had taken care of most of it. I feel they would’ve charged my mom that money if she didn’t say anything about it. I called Michelle and asked her some questions on this, she was rude and couldn’t answer any of my questions. I do not recommend this business if you want a peaceful resting for your family members
A terribly rude and insensitive woman yelled at me over the phone after trying to use a prepaid cremation. This was the last thing I needed while being in the room with my deceased family member. The reviews speak for themselves. They took the credit of nearly two thousand dollars and frankly it was better to just pay for a different service ti have someone speak respectfully to me during this hard time.
Wretched.. My Aunt passed and had already had prepaid for her services . After 5 phone calls, leaving messages for Michele, she called me back at 6:30 that evening..she informed me paperwork was there and on someone elses desk,she would call me back....No phone call....I finally got ahold of her 2 days later..she was extremely rude and left our family without any answers to our questions. So, so disappointing.
We lost our mother August 2020. Jade was so understanding and caring with us. She guided us and helped us with all the difficult decisions and steps that come with losing a loved one. The staff at Victor Valley Memorial is so friendly and professional.
M.Torres was very caring and helpful. With minor interruptions, the preparation n funeral took a little longer than expected. But the final expectations were exemplary..
Tommie, don't know her last name, was rude, non-responsive & caused a delay in having my mom transferred from AZ to CA to be laid in her final resting place with my dad. After 3 phone calls from our mortician in AZ with no response from Tommie, I called several times and she not once returned either of our calls. I finally asked for someone else to help me. Thank goodness for Aod Chavez. He worked with us and we were able to have my mom successfully returned to CA. Tommie should be fired. I've never run into anyone like her in business and especially at such a sensitive time. If I had know better I would have called a different mortuary in Victorville. Mom is now in her final resting place but no thanks to Tommie.
Extremely poor communication. Terrible experience. There was absolutely no comfort in this sad time. If you have another option for your loved ones go there and not here.
How are you going to earn 5 stars as a mortuary? Had a couple relative's bodies get processed though here, did services for mom. Competent enough I guess.
Thanks to the entire staff at Victor Valley Memorial. Lauren is the best. Dad now resting in Peace.
