I am incredibly impressed with the staff every time I go visit my Dad. They are always compassionate and professional. They keep me informed and I know he receives top notch care. I am so very thankful!!

This is such a rewarding job. You have to have compassion for mental health patients to work here. I’ve learned so much here, and have grown in ways that I would have never grown if I have never stuck this job out. It can be very challenging but at the same time, will cause you to wake up to the awareness of how common mental health disorders are. Everything I have learned from working here I have applied to life outside of the job. This is a real world with hurting people who don’t know how to handle life or who have gone through some tragic events. If your heart is in it for the right reasons, you will benefit from working here. On top of that, the management is very compassionate. They do take time to listen to you if you have any concerns, and you can advance here if you apply yourself, show up to work, and work hard. Plus their benefits are awesome. Paid days off, paid sick days, holiday pay, vacation pay, local discounts. The list goes on. I love the staff I work with. This job actually teaches you how to handle different personalities, different background settings, and how to deal with strengths and weaknesses with yourself and others. I have gained so much wisdom from working here.
