Kettering Health Netwotk Emergency in Franklin

This is the only emergency room I will go to! They got me checked in, seated and called back faster than anywhere I’ve ever been, all three times I’ve been here. They were also professional, caring, and funny! Very easy to get along with. They take the time to fully explain your diagnosis, treatment plan and medicines in detail. Registration was also a breeze! They were great with me and my children! They actually showed concern and compassion instead of just rushing through it. 10/10 recommend! I will not go anywhere else for emergency needs!

I really jacked my back up and was expecting to be there several hours. They were absolutely amazing. I believe I was out of there in about 1 hour and 15 minutes. Truly the nicest nurses I have ever experienced. I loved their humor.

My doctor and nurses on 11/25/22 were top notch. They comforted me and made me at ease. Treated me with respect and kindness. Addressed every concern. And got me home in a timely manner. Couldn’t say enough good things about them.

The staff here are so catering & caring. They get you in & out. I've never had to wait long at all to get into a room or see a doctor. Also, they're great with kids. I've started taking my children here instead of children's because it's much closer. AMAZING!!!

Went to Kettering’s Franklin,Oh emergency facility on the day of Thanksgiving. The staff was one of the best I’ve seen. Everyone was professional and yet personable. The chest X-rays was taken and had results from Dr in less than 10 minutes. I was in and out of the ER in ~30 minutes. That’s less time than my typical Dr appointments.

The service that I have received from Kettering in Franklin was superb. I came in with breathing issues. They immediately took me back and started working on me. I was there no less than 30 minutes and I was on my way home. I saw the doctor, got an X-ray, got a diagnosis and treatment plan in less than 30 minutes. I was pleased with my service. This is A+ service for me.

Nurse was very nice and accommodating and knows her business. Pretty name. Made her laugh. And the night and wait went by faster. Dr had a great bedside manner. Found problem with catscan and gave prescriptions. Thank you Rita Crew

I normally go here because it is close to my house and the doctors and nurses are very nice. They are usually quick and thorough. Today I went for a cyst that needed lanced and drained. The doctor seemed to feel extremely awkward and he made that obvious. He did not wait til the numbing medicine kicked in and then afterwards I was crying and overwhelmed and both the doctor and the nurse made me clean up a ton of blood off of myself and the floor. It just didn’t seem right to me and really upset me. I feel like when you are in that field you should be able to empathize with your patients and it just didn’t happen today.

Very efficient, friendly, and prompt. Quick diagnosis and very personable. Nurses, receptionist, doctor, and x-ray tech all gave us their time and attention showing concern for our daughter’s comfort and effective treatment. Highly recommend.

I would like to thank your staff for the amazing care I received yesterday. Southview left me waiting for over an hour and a half, not calling one patient back in that time. Not one person was called back and there was at least four people in front of me. I left there and came to your care and what a huge difference. Everyone from Deanna RN who registered me and had to call several times to get me removed from Southveiw boards, which should have happened the moment I left their hospital. Thank you Deanna for getting me in so quickly, I really appreciate your care and kindness. The security guard they have there, who obviously cares for his coworker and the patients that are there. I really felt cared for and truly appreciate your team getting me on the road to recovery.
