For 38 years we have created an experience unlike any other in the country. Created by legendary 'haunter'penuer, Kevin McCurdy, "The Mansion”, has introduced many firsts in the Haunt and Halloween attraction industries.
Exclusively produced by Imaginart Studios, LLC, KM's Haunted Mansion has continued to uphold it's commitment to our guests, and community by staying in the forefront of designing/creating attractions that are unique, exciting, and innovative, while still offering a reasonably priced, professional experience for everyone to enjoy.
Through these many years we have mastered the art of creating a theatrically based balance of combining interactive audience participation, by utilizing special effect technology, and good old fashion scary storytelling.

KM's Haunted Mansion has always provided more than just the scare factor. Annually, “The Mansion” is re-themed and designed to include guests on an interactive level where they find themselves completely immersed in the scary story plot.
Unlike some haunted attractions that are designed with the attention based on a quick paced guest flow, we devote our energy into our guests enjoyment and participation. We recognize that each individual guest/group is different, and that is why we make every effort to ensure that their experience is unique. We are among one of the first haunted attractions to utilize a storyline. We encourage guests to become part of the show, and feel as if they are a part of the horrifying events they witness.
Acknowledged and respected as a creative, innovator throughout the Haunted Attraction industry, Kevin McCurdy (the creator of The Haunted Mansion at Bowdoin Park), and the creative team at Imaginart Studios LLC, continue to push the boundaries in developing an interesting, theatrically based experience, that captures guests imagination by blurring the lines of reality and fantasy.
We do this by consistently developing exciting , unique, conceptual entertainment productions that incorporate custom audio/video/lighting technology, realistic set design, fabrication of frightening special effects, and individualized actor/guests relations, as part of the mystery and illusions presented in our attractions.
Thousand of Performers, Technical/Special Effects and Make up Artists, have developed and honed their craft with us. We take pride in all aspects of production. As artists, and entertainment professionals, we care deeply about all aspects of our show. We are consistently training, teaching and developing our cast and crew's unique theatrical skills/crafts to enhance each guests/groups individual experience. Our actors stand out above the rest, and make a conscious effort to provide the most individualized, entertaining experience as possible. While captivating our guest by using a scripted and improvisational skills approach, our actors pay close attention to ensure that each individual/group had a frightening fantastic time!
Each year we strive to create a brand new experience, ensuring that our guests who return year after year are treated to a new show full of surprises. And this year is no exception!
