I got referred by one of my clients to come to key bank to see Dalia. We heard amazing things about her. My husband and I just recently visited and opened up a business checking account with Dalia She was extremely helpful, informative, patient and very kind! She made everything extremely easy to understand and quick! Definitely visit this bank and ask for DALIA if you own a small business!
This is by far the best bank I've been to in my life as soon as you walk in they make you feel welcome. Now on the business side of things DALIA SAID Is the person to see very knowledgeable at what she does and if you don't understand something she won't hesitate to tell you

I came here to cash a check for a scholarship and I was constantly questioned because of my ID, slow service and inconsiderate. Also the 7.50 fee is not worth it,stealing money from my scholarships when I have to pay for college,thats sad. Please only go here if you have to cash any sort of check not if your a college student or anyone looking to open a "free" account.

The Whitehall Branch is Amazing Everyone is So Pleasant . While there the Teller made a suggestion to me about a Product & I had the Pleasure of Working with Huda she is Phenomenal Very Knowledgeable and Patient she took the time to go Thur So Many Different Products & Services that Would Work for Me and she Signed Me Up.
