No one answers the phone here, apparently And IF/when they do, they put you on hold just long enough 30mins+ to annoy you to hang up, so they don’t have to service you . I absolutely cannot wait to close my account with them :
Nice and friendly but if you take out a couple thousand or so your gonna get harassed. Don’t understand why this bank has to ask me where the money came from. This doesn’t happen at Irvine or other Wells Fargo. Is it because I’m Latino? Hope it’s just bad policy that needs to be updated.
I have been a wells customer for some years at the whittier branch on Greenleaf. The staff is great but the lines are outrageous there is usually 1 maybe 2 tellers. This to me is very frustrating they need more tellers for the amount of customers they see daily. Today I went in to so some transactions twice and only 2 tellers and a line with at least 12 people. I will now be going to the LA Habra branch. So disappointed
Sonia was amazing very professional it was such a pleasure working with her I have been banking with wells fargo since 2003 I will be honest though if it wasn't for Sonia I was thinking of closing my account due to the fact that when I went there twice the girls that are working at the whittier location many of them are very unprofessional, they socialize and laugh to much, they also do not want to take the initiative or the patience to help you out but Sonia wow she explained everything in detail she was friendly and I just loved how she made feel so comfortable excellent customer service Sonia thank you again Sonia I will be referring my friends to open up a bank account the owner at this location really needs to coach and train the employees here to be on top of business and keep professional thank you
EXTREMLY DISAPPOINTED!!! After over 25 years banking here and obviously wrongly encouraging family and friends to bank here. today I was scheduled to open an account for my son. I was a little late tried calling to inform my delay since driving from far away but no awnser due to limited personal to awnser phones. I was told by Alejandra manager would not help me since I was 20min late. I get it but after over 25 years of being a loyal customer waiting in long lines because never enough tellers they had no Mercy...I was told by Manager basically ALEJANDRA very coldly demeanor "to bad can't see you schedule again when ever we're available" felt like a slap on the face! My loyalty to an imperfect bank meant Nothing!! HOWEVER, THEY EXPECT PERFECT CUSTOMERS!..would I reffer this bank again?... obviously NEVER!!!
Had to close an account at the Whittier Branch for my brother that passed. Miriam took care of everything needed to make this as smooth as possible. Thank you Miriam
I came during my lunch break and as I was waiting for a banker all of the bankers took off for lunch. Ended up waiting around 45 min to talk to someone. Than the guy who checks you in came up to me to check me in again. Really? Everyone goes to their lunch break during the busiest time of the day. Sounds like poor management to me
When you visit this location look for Laura. She is very knowledgeable and professional and on top of that she has outstanding customer service. Because of her this is a good review otherwise I would be complaining for the way I was poorly dismissed and sent to an other branch because it was to much work for the rest of the staff to fax some documents for my mortgage loan. Thank you Laura you are a star.
So disappointing we have been a customer for 20+ years and we need to do a wire transfer and we need to call 1 to 2 days in advance. Horrible customer service. Don’t bank here
Day after Christmas lines are long for a teller and they only have two tellers available, asked for more assistance as there are 10 people in line lines don’t move for about 15 min people chose to leave instead of continuing to just stand without being assisted, when asked to open more tellers I’m told there are no more tellers available.. 40 min later i get to be assisted.. management needs to fix this it’s not the first time I’ve had to encounter same issue at this branch !!
