Haven't been to a KFC in a long time cause it hasn't been good in years, but decided to try it since I had a coupon. Wasn't terrible, wasn't fantastic. Workers were friendly. Chicken was tough/rubbery, but still edible. Potatoes, slaw, and biscuits good. It is very expensive. With the like $8 off coupon or maybe it was $12 off, the 12 piece tender, 2 side tators, 6 biscuits, and side of slow was still like $30 bucks. Definitely wouldn't have paid full price cause the price I paid was high. Also, for that price, was disappointed the containers weren't full see pictures.
I ordered the box deal at the drive through along with a large side of mashed potatoes. The fries had so much salt on them that we could not eat them. They put no sauce for the nuggets or fries in the box. I had asked for 3 plates or bowls to serve the mashed potatoes with. There were not only no plates in the bag there were also no forks or napkins. How does someone eat mashed potatoes without silverware. Especially when you are not eating at home. Very poor service. I haven't been there in years because of poor service. This reminded me why, and was worse than before.
If I could leave no stars I would. We stood in the lobby for 25 mins before anyone even acknowledged we where there. We ordered online and the app said it was ready so we went there and of course it wasn't. If it wasn't already paid for we would have walked out. I called the store and they answered the phone though lol. I asked to talk to the manager and she was the one on the phone so I asked for the district manager contact info and she I have no idea who that is I have never met them or have no way to get a hold of them. Last time going here. Hopefully someone that owns this place will read this and take the appropriate actions. Your restaurant failures start at the top.

You would think that at 7pm they would have extra crispy chicken...but no they didn't. Ordered a 4 piece meal. The biscuit was hard as a rock, and the Mac&Cheese was ok but I've had better from KFC. Pretty much the only thing good was the Pepsi.Food: 1/5
Last week they made me wait almost an 1hr for my online order. I decided try them out again and still waited 40 mins for my order. Definitely will NOT be back!Service: 1/5
