This was my first stop at KFC, and it was a good experience with a few things I wish were different. It took some time to order, but they were busy, so that was not their fault. My food was fast and correct, but my fries were cold. The big problem I had was with the stocking. There was no ketchup or lids. I did get both once I asked, but it took time to get them. The condiment area was not clean, very sticky. The staff were nice and polite, but I wish the soda and condiment area were stocked and clean. Other than that, the sanhwhich was good and correct. I would stop again to see if it was a different experience.
Decent place to stop by when u driving for 10 hours. Clean washrooms, quick service and KFC standard food. Mac n cheese for toddler was kind of undercooked but that's okay. Spacious and clean space otherwise. Last time I visited few years ago there were waffles n chicken. Unfortunately this time they didn't have that on menu anymore. I wish they had them.
If you're going to go here, go inside for food. The last three times going here when in town the drive thru service was horrible at the window. No hello at the window, no interaction other than they took my money and then I sat there for 10 minutes. Then they had food and don't even say thank you or anything. I personally have worked in fast food and I know it can be stressful in that. But at least have some good customer service and be nice.
Came close to closing, they were busy but had a good attitude and were polite. Food was fine chicken tenders and fries, nothing special.Food: 4/5
Took to long to get served for carryout. Was not very busy at time of ordering. Would be a lot better if the food was served on trays when dinning in the restaurant and got a little more sides as we did years ago. Also be nice if all KFC's had a buffet as some do in other areas do or did. Not very friendly when it comes to disabled people because the doors our kind of heavy to pull doors. Parking: Not enough parking due to having another business in same building. Wheelchair accessibility: Doors are kinda heavy to pull and 3 sets of double doors
Everything, food, service was correct and good. Suggest preordering the meal. Found it to be at a lesser price than order at the windowFood: 5/5
One of the cleanest kfc's ove been in. Its much better since they got rid of the tacobell/kfc combo. The chicken was hot and juicy. Its was a great lunch.
First time going to the drive thru and my chicken was like jerky. Got chicken bowls and been there 4/5 times before and always dine in and chicken was always great. They must have a separate pile for dine ins and drive thru's.Food: 2/5
I thought Long John Silver was the only place that served a little meat with their Grease. Chicken was so greasy the skin was sliding off the meat.Food: 1/5
We went through drive thru. Everything was hot fresh and delicious.Food: 5/5
