The clerk was rude and short with me. I had to ask twice for my drink. Pur french frys had ketchup on them abs my drink was not root beer that I ordered. Their phone is not answered and you can't leave a message.Food: 1/5
Went through the drive through while I was diabetic emergency, the cashier was very understanding and explained things to me very simple so I could understand what was going on. Thank you!Food: 4/5
Drive thru shorted my order. Employee had difficulty understanding me due to the fact that I do not speak Spanish. Very unhappy Won't be back!!
This was by far the most disgusting restaurant I've ever been to in my entire life!!! Not only was it absolutely gross inside, but the only two people working there that day were completely rude. The manager was the rudest one of the two. When the other employee took my order, she rang up my order wearing the gloves that she was handling the raw chicken with. As if that wasn't enough, she then proceeded to prepare my cooked food with those same gloves on completely cross contaminating my food with salmonella. I immediately requested a refund. Attached are some photos of the dirty soda machine, and the condiments counter. I am currently working on reporting this location to both the Harris County Health Department and KFC'S corporate office.
Bought a 3 piece and a sandwich combo and the chicken was totally old, it was very rubbery and soggy....I won't give them another dollar I can promise you thatFood: 1/5
The worker had on an apron use the bathroom with it on them came out and started fixing food .That is not sanitary at all. I had little to no gravy ask for more they have half spoon.Went back I had to pay $1.07 for a bowl of water down gravy. We decided we should have kept going to Chick fila. We just trashed KFC food.
I ordered 2 items. There were no customers inside or in the drive through. They got 1/2 order completely wrong. For Pete sake it was two pieces of chicken. Not like staff was swamped. I also have to go out of my way like 30 min round trip to go see the Colonel. Why have I not learned to check all my drive through orders before pulling away.
I hate this location!! I gave this KFC another chance & they always seem to fail me! I cannot stand when they rush you and keep asking ANYTHING ELSE, like give me a minute to decide & also there were NO CARS behind me that’s what makes it worse. Froylan handed me my drink with Pepsi all on the side of it because he chose not to clean my cup off therefore I had to wipe it off myself, as I’m doing that he’s handing my bag to me which made me feel rushed to clean what should’ve been cleaned by him. I then drive off get to the light check my bag and lo and behold NO SAUCE in which I asked for BARBECUE SAUCE, so now I’m stuck eating this dry chicken strips, fries, and biscuit. NEVER AGAIN NOT THIS KFC!!!!!!!!!!! Mason Rd! It’s 0 stars across the board for me!!!!!!
Usually good food but the last two times I’ve visited, my chicken and the biscuit were all dried out like they were sitting under the heat lamps for a day or two. Today, the chicken was not even edible. Ordered original, got fossilized crispy, deep deep brown and so dry I couldn’t or was afraid to eat it. Biscuit was very old and stale. Bonus tho, ordered 3 piece and got four! All four inedible… Mashed taters and cole slaw were good though. Should get me through till dinner time. Prices have gone up again. 12 bucks for a 3 piece meal. Called the manager, he offered to comp my next meal. Gonna go to Popeyes next time. They are closer anyway.
Location was really clean, not crowded at all because employees were fast to take care of customers like it should be, in and out. I ordered online and my food was ready to go in the quick pick up section which I think it's a great feature. You don't have to wait sometimes in line to get whatever you ordered. Overall, nice place and definitely coming back here.
