The food here was OK until I realize that it was spicy when it wasn’t supposed to be spicy because I just got teriyaki noodles and I was just a little disappointed on that because it doesn’t have the taste of it usually has but overall the food in the atmosphere everything was really nice. We sat outside. There was a cool breeze and we had a nice dinner. Everyone else seem to enjoy the food and we even got some fortune cookies.

We picked up our lunch of firecracker tofu and house special tofu today and it was a huge disappointment. They opened to a great start and we had couple of good meals, but they are not good anymore. My take out looked so pathetic and there’s no value here anymore. I won’t be coming back. Such a shame!Food: 1/5

Easy to order in person or online with the app. The food is always fast and typically the food is good and not overcooked steak. My favorites are the Mongolian Beef and the Honey Seared Chicken. My family enjoys the Teriyaki Chicken.

Great service, super sweet and helpful staff. Brought our food out nice and fresh very quickly. Glad this is in our neighborhood

I had the firecracker chicken over noodles. Noodles were disgusting like they just boiled them and threw them in the container. Not even sauced or sauteed. Wife had the bourbon chkn over rice. They give u way too much rice and small portion of chicken. I notice this in particular w the evening shift cooks. Morning shift cooks is a dfrnt story. Great food.

This is the best location I have Ben to! They welcome you when you walk in the door with good eye contact! They have the best customer service and I appreciate that that’s the reason why I keep coming back. Very clean Store the food is delicious I want to thank the management and managers of that restaurant of making this a good positive experience and you walk into your restaurant.

Welcome back to Katy - Cinco Ranch Very happy to have one just a couple of miles from my house. I was hoping they will open one by Aliana Shopping Center in Richmond to avoid a long trip to Sugar Land. But this location’s is closer. I order the feast plate for 3 & it was really good portion. I place the order online for pick up later & it was ready when I arrived. Food was very good, Staff was friendly. Only issue was not enough lettuces for the lettuce wrap & parking for this busy strip, good thing I arrived early. Definitely will visit again.

This is my second time at this location. I came in today with my mom. I didn’t know what to get and Anna was at the register helping us. She was so sweet and very helpful with her recommendations. I got a shrimp dish and added chicken to it like Anna had said. It was delicious!! The place is clean too! The manager has been there both times I’ve come in and she’s also very friendly to the customers. There was a mistake between Anna and I with my order but absolutely nothing of a big deal. Anna got her manager to fix the issue but I did notice the way the manager treated/spoke to Anna. It was disheartening and made me feel bad like I shouldn’t have said anything. I felt like I got Anna in trouble. If there is a training opportunity, it can be done in a much kinder way and possibly not in front of customers.

We can’t figure this place out. The portions are inconsistent from order to order, the sauce is too heavy and if you choose take out it’s so over cooked by the time you get it that it’s inedible. I have always loved the General Tso’s sauce at every other location over 10 years I can’t even eat the one from this location and I love spicy food…it’s absolutely mouth burning. They should market it that way if that is what they are serving. I want to love this new location esp since they started serving tofu and we are vegetarian…but all four of us were not satisfied this last trip
