Will not go back! This franchise owner is operating as if covid still exists. No staffing, place is a mess. The air conditioner system must be OFF or broken! It really sucks for employees to work in such a terrible environment. The person taking our order was not fluent in English or had problem hearing. Will not eat KFC anywhere anytime!
The employees are extremely unprofessional and don’t understand what customer service is. I ordered food and was asked to wait ahead of the window. After waiting for 15 minutes I went back to the window and they acted like I never ordered or paid. They never gave me a receipt so I offered to show them the charge on my card. The manager grumbled and walked away. I was then asked to wait in front of the window again. I told them no since there was nobody else in line.
I placed an online order here. My order was not ready when it was supposed to be, but more than that, I was ignored for 15 minutes until I called the store to ask someone to come out to the registers to help me. I told them I had been waiting for 15 minutes past when my food should have been ready & haven't even been acknowledged yet. Then I asked how much longer. They said they didn't know that the cook was slow. I then asked for my order to be canceled they said no & walked away. 10 mins later, I was handed my order they have a sign hanging up that says if I'm not given a receipt, my food is free. I was not given a receipt I never am, so I pointed it out they said they don't actually do that. I was also not given the sauces that came with my meal & 1 of the lids on my drinks was not on all the way, causing it to spill in my car. The staff was extremely rude and unfriendly. I called customer service & was told for online orders I want canceled I would have needed to walk out & call them but I didn't know so waited. They also changed the popcorn chicken for fatty gross chicken nuggets & no longer give cookies. My kids were so disappointed & said its no longer their favorite so we won't be back.
Don't recommend going here we have gone back several time hoping it will get better and it’s not. this last time we went the chicken sandwich the middle was raw the fries were cold and hard and are potatoes and gravy the lid wasn’t on it it got dumped all over the bag. and we didn’t get are whole meal we went in to ask for the rest of it and it took them forever to come help us then nobody spoke english. this happened at the provo location next to burger king and wendy’s.
Oh my goodness. The customer service was so outstanding. It's refreshing to see a business that cares so much about customers. And I can tell the employees love working there. Excellent service. Excellent food. Thank you! P.s. the manager personally asked how the food was and if i needed anything. Give that gal a raise
I cannot believe how the general manager allows for the night crew to still have a job. There was a teenager with blue hair and older dark skinned woman in the drive thru on my visit that basically thru my food in the car. My cake i ordered was rock solid frozen. I had to ask for my root beer gallon for them to tell me they were sold out. AFTER I already paid for it. Thru out my 20 mins in the drive thru waiting I got the window slammed in my face while I was a actively talking TWICE
Made my order at the drive up, girl heard me wrong and gave me a more expensive total. I asked at the window about the order and stated in wanted a breast and wing combo. The then charged me for that order, gave me my card, my drink and receipt. Then the guy looked at me like I was stupid and asked if I was waiting for anything else. I said my good and he hands me a bag of popcorn ckicken.... Seriously??
The fries are better than Chick-fil-A. The chicken is better than Chick-fil-A. Why do people even go to Chick-fil-A?Food: 5/5
If I could give it 0 stars I really would. We went through the drive thru, ordered our food and then waited 20 minutes for them to tell us they were out of what we ordered. It would’ve been helpful to know that before we ordered and paid. Neither the manager nor workers were helpful at all. They tried to refund our whole order and send us off without asking if there was anything else we wanted. We told them we wanted to order something else. That took another 20 minutes and when we finally got it, the food was terrible. KFC isn’t the greatest thing ever but just the way it was prepared was not good at all. Soggy chicken nuggets and also flat soda straight from the fountain.
Service was horrible! Took 30 mins to get food ordered and out. Food was not cooked all the way. Would not recommend this locationFood: 1/5
