2 pieces of chicken, biscuit, Cole slaw, mashed potatoes and gravy with a beverage for over $16.00! It's been a long time since I ate at KFC and it will be when hell freezes over before I go back. The portions of both the potatoes and coleslaw were so small, the biscuit was extremely dry and the chicken was also dry and lacking flavor. They are not giving any value. If you want really good chicken go a few miles away to Krispy Krunchy. For less than $7.00 you get 3 huge tenders, a delicious biscuit, and lots of potatoe wedges. Everything is very good!
This KFC is the best out of all locations in the Rockford.area! It's a distance but it's worth it! Excellent customer service, the food was good and hot. The place was clean. The staff was excellent. I been to the other locations not goodFood: 5/5
Have not been to KFC for a long time. Just had a craving for the chicken And mashed potatoes. So very disappointed. Three very small chicken Tenders, a biscuit that was like a hockey puck and a small cup of mashed potatoes. $11.79. Could get much better chicken Tenders at chilli's and would be $10.00. Never will go back again.Food: 1/5
Seems like everytime I want to give KFC a chance I'm repeatedly reminded how bad they are. My family and I went about 2 months ago and it was good for the first time since the reopening of this location. Went back today because I was craving fried chicken. Should of just skipped it. My chicken was old and soggy. My gravy was so thin it was water with a hint of flavor. My mashed poatoes were lacking in quantity. And to top it off they cant cook their biscuits. So when I picked up my order I asked if they did a substitution for not having biscuits. They gave me a large side. I chose fries. I should not have. They were soo old and nasty. What is up with this location. They had 10-15 employees working and a good handful were standing around. If you have this many hands then the food should be better.
I work here but watching from afar as a customer is really nice to see how efficient and EXCELLENT they work without their manager there, Props to them and my boss Amanda for being an amazing crew and have excellent experience! I ordered a one peice Breast only and it was hot and fresh right out of the fryer! 100/10 Would recommend going here from the past being negative and bad it has grown so much and such a great place to eat
What has happened to KFC? It used to be a great place to go for your fried chicken needs. Over the past few year's however; every store that I have visited, looks messy and chaotic. The extra crispy is now more like the original and many times they do not have what you want. It is unfortunate that they have done little to maintain the quality of their franchise; at least in this region.... Now, you are better off going to the local grocery store and buying the fried chicken in the deli. The only reason that I even continue going is the flavor which no one has been able to match.
My husband stopped by there on His way home from work. When he got home with the food he noticed he didn't get any gravy and was short 2 biscuits. He called and the manager said she would give him what he was missing if he came back up there. Well she did more and sent a cake for the troubles... Thank you soo much. Everything was really good as well
We stopped last nite for.carryout. ordered 4 pieces of chicken. Got 1 breast 1 leg and 2 little I don't know what that were. He ordered 2 biscuits we got 1. Little cups of mashed potatoes2 with gravy on both and a coleslaw. About $24...adios amigosFood: 2/5
I have never had such bad Kentucky fried chicken! It didn't even taste right. What a shame. Service was fine, clean place Unfortunately this was not what I'm familiar with at all $ 14.00 waste . Never again..
This store is ran so bad!! I don't know who the managers are, but they are not doing a good job at running this buisness. The employees are very Rude!! The food is always undercooked or overcooked. Biscuits are super hard which tells me they don't make fresh ones at the proper times. KFC is a good restuaraunt when it comes to the food... But that only depends on the employees you hire and put in charge as a Manager... Steer far away from this location. They need to hire employees who actually follows the proper cooking guidlines here. I Hate the Aurburn st KFC because of its location. But I've been there to get away from this loacation. They know how to properly cook the food there atleast!
