I wanted to give no stars but couldn't. Our fries were not fresh or hot and chicken nuggets were very greasy and not that good. Husband was upset because straw was super skinny.
Most disgusting chicken I've ever eaten. The quality was god awful and it was SO greasy. I knew there was a reason I haven't eaten there in over 20 years.Food: 1/5

KFC has lost its appeal for me. Restroom was a disaster and the La dee da attitude was a huge turn off. Leave the personal politics at home.Food: 4/5
Coleslaw was dry, Chicken was so greasy I could not eat it. It was dripping with oil inside and out! The oil tasted like it hadn't been changed in a couple weeks. Nasty!
We make one trip to hermitage a week for an appt. We have stopped at this KFC each week for several months now. This’ll be the first week we don’t. There’s almost aways chaos while placing our very simple order. The workers often sound miserable and introduce themselves at the drive thru with “go ahead and order”. That’s fine, just off putting. Last week, though, we ordered two large fries in our order, provable by our receipt, and received one large and one medium. Mistakes happen. Totally fine! However, when we go in, the employee at the desk was just not following the issue. The manager then comes over with attitude from the start. Tells us “we’ll that’s because you only ordered one large” while looking at our receipt that literally says 2 large! Two other employees even said they rung us up for two large. She then acted as though she would do a favor and just give us the large regardless. Lady, we paid for 2 large. Learn how to read your receipts and stop being so miserable. Finding a new place for future weeks.
Absolutely the best Haven't had a banana split in yrs and I kinda felt like a kid in a candy store was such a wonderful feeling.. Couldn't choose at first because there's so many different choices.. In the end the banana split wins.. GREAT place for dessert and the service and prices are outstanding!!!!
I have been coming here since I was little and I’m 37 currently. I gave it three starts simply because of the roller coaster ride this company has put me on. Prices are way to high in my opinion even though I know the price of meat is astronomical. You never know if the dining is clean or dirty, the chicken is pretty consistent on quality but everything else is a roller coaster. Unfortunately it’s one of the very few establishments in the valley that has chicken like this.
Although deep fried, tasted better than burger fast food. Side dishes aren't the best but palatable. Wheelchair accessibility: Ground floor
