I’m a local I have come to this Wendy’s several times 1-2 hours BEFORE closing and they had their lights off and stating they are closed I use to work in fast food I know they are just trying to close early but it is your job to be there till closing.. really bad business definitely going to be taking my business elsewhere until a REAL manger can make people do what they are paid to do…….don’t come here if you don’t want to waste your time
Worst customer service. I ordered a burger and fries. They forgot the fries. I went through the drive through window, and I said they forgot the fries. The lady goes “Did you order them?” I showed her the receipt and the bag, and she gave me more attitude. Needless to say I didn’t get my fries. This place is an L.
This is the only location in the Hermitage area and they are always a coin flip if they get your order correct. Be it ordering in person or in the App, every other visit something in the order is made wrong or the wrong drink is given. ALWAYS check your order after you get it!!!Food: 3/5
Tried the new Italian sandwiches and found them very tasty but in need of more sauce. Also, the peppermint frostys were excellent.Food: 4/5
Ricky & Morty drinks posted right on Drive Thru signage yet staff says "Oh we don't have any of that " Strawberry Swirl Frosty on Hermitage Wendy's site yet staff says We don't have that; only vanilla & chocolate frosties. Hermitage Wendy's will advertise & show signage of items they aren't making. Hmmm ?? Sat 10 minutes at Drive Thru window after paying. Ice cream sat on Drive Thru counter 10 minutes - melting while waiting for order #HermitagePaWendys #HermitageWendys
I feel like Wendy's is underrated. If you're doing a fast food burger this is the place to go. Both the chicken sandwiches and hamburgers are great.Food: 5/5
My sister is in a care home so I drove up and Wendy's was where she wanted to go. She loved her chili and burger and f r ies..even ate half of mine!
Ordered the hot honey sandwich through the drive thru. Got back to work. It's a chicken sandwich but there's no pickle chips and no hot honey sauce.
It's good when it's open. Tends to close at 8PM and it's outside lights are never on so it always looks closed on the off chance it's open past 8pm.Food: 5/5
got handed someone else order, came back told them I ordered a bacon double stack biggie bag and they still messed the order up and gave me a junior cheeseburger biggie bag.
