Great chicken 100% also great different types of food I recommend for a quick munch at KFC if you want crispy chicken
Service was not great...person taking orders at the drive through seemed like we were bothering her by having to take our order. Then had to wait nearly 15 minutes for our order to be brought out to us and they forgot the sauces and straws so we had to go back around through the drive through again to get them. It was also not cheap for dinner for 3 - over $45 for fast food.
Ordered a large 16 piece bucket with 6 biscuits and 3 sides. Mashed potatoes and gravy were good for instant. Mac and cheese was a bit starchy, the cheese was not smooth, but chunky and not all the macaroni was coated. The extra crispy chicken was pretty good. The drive through employees were very friendly and helpful
Sat in drive thur for about 5 min b4 order was took also 2 employees were out back drinking a beer and both were smoking weed and there was also about 5 cars behind us got order and it was completely wrong nothing what was order went inside and got rite food lady in front said sorry about that but horrible service.. cust service ain't what it use to be smh

I recently filled out an application for Kfc and I received a callback for an interview. I did the interview with Josh and it went well. I went through the process of hiring and filled out the necessary online paperwork I needed to fill out. I talked to the manager Shara I believe was her name she seem to be nice and I have not heard back from her.. It’s been almost 2 weeks I and consistently tried to call KFC and no one is actually answering phones.. I am really in need of a job…I don’t think it’s professional for a manager to have someone going through this process and doesn’t reach out to my potential employee about the next step.. At this point I am no longer interested in working with Kfc I will leave the Kfc needs to do better with their management, managers have a certain role and if a manage is not doing their job then I believe that you were the company and it speaks volumes…
the worst experience every the customer service skill set is a ZERO they are very rude don’t know how to speak to customers was yelled at over the intercom and food was cold and disgusting i wouldn't recommend and the manager seem to not care when i brought these matter to him
I got the popcorn chicken, and it was more fried flour than chicken. The more I ate the grosser I felt about eating them. The best thing to get are the tenders or the regular chicken. Sorry KFC
The girl at the drive thru was rude. Had to wait over 10 minutes after paying and they didn’t give us any sauce or straws. They were also out of bbq
