I showed them the app where the eight piece family meal was $21 and charge me $31 then when I get the food I would not feed it to an illegal immigrant coming across the border. It was so nasty and the manager who her head out the window tried to make me feel bad because of the price I will never ever go back to that store again they could keep the damn chicken keep their high prices it’s not even worth the money. The bad thing is they didn’t have what I wanted it to close till 10. I was there at 8:30 9 o’clock in here cleaning up so basically they’re giving you whatever they had. They could keep their damn store. I’ll never go back. Parking: There was nobody eating there that’s why they had free parking or all the parking that you need. Dietary restrictions: Need a little bit more healthy food.
Went in on 6-30-23 around 6:45 pm and ordered our food inside due to it being a larger order, everything was messed up, to start with the cashier Shorted us by $10 had to have a manager open the drawer to fix that looked at my receipt 2 different times couldn't get anything right one of my orders was a 10 piece chicken there was supposed to have been 3 Legs 5 thighs and 2 breast was not correct in the bucket It was just random pieces of chicken and it was extra crispy not original nobody asked for extra crispy. My second bucket was also extra crispy was supposed to be original never asked for extra crispy it had 8 pieces of chicken 2 large sides and 4 biscuits never received the 4 biscuits, My order was number 8 supposed to be 3 pieces of chicken 2 small sides and a drink. That 1 actually ended up having more chicken can't complain on more chicken but we ended up with 2 fries never asked for them nobody knew what they were doing they said if I had any problems or anything was wrong to call back I tried calling for 2 hours no answer call the next day, no answer they told me they were all new there and some of them were not even train how to do chicken. One Of my pieces of chicken was a thigh it was undercooked we also had another piece of which I think was chicken or it was a deep fried chicken bones don't even know but it was so hard you couldn't even bite into it so we threw it away.

I usually think highly of this location. But I tried ordering at 8:30 for a pickup and they had no chicken for my order and refused to drop anything, had no fries either. The food is always on point but they failed me this time.
The food is disgustingly not tasty, I got a worm, and even there I found 2 cockroaches in a burger! And I couldn't wait for the drink! They didn't bring it to me!Food: 1/5
Today I had the worst experience coming here. I went through drive-thru & by the tone of this lady's voice you can tell she had a bad attitude! I was confused for a moment she had an attitude, i couldn't read something & there it was. Her tone was rude like she didnt want to be there & hated everyone! And all i wanted was to order food. Then I pull up I decided i wanted to exchange one side for another & the boy at the window ask her & looked at her & she said no. It's not like she had to hurry up & make it. Customers are not allowed to change their minds and pick something else?? So, after that the person taking my money said i needed to pay with a card or use exact change. Excuse me?? He said it was at the speaker which it wasn't and the paper was on thedrive-thruu window that slides by real fast as it opens/closes held by a single piece a tap folding because of the wind. No, i didnt see that! And how are you going to expect everyone to have exact change agead of time?? Ridiculous! My order was almost $50 you lost today. Im sure there were others too. I went to another KFC that was friendly from the moment that i pulled up & they took my cash too. I will start to go there.

Raw chicken, workers are stoned. This place is awful and I've given it a couple chances now. Just go to the Chick-fil-A that is literally two minutes away on West road.
I went to the KFC on the boulevard across from Henry Ford Hospital that was the worst KFC I ever been to they didn't have nothing they was out of everything they could have stayed close they didn't have no barbecue sauce for the honey barbecue wings they didn't have no they didn't have no ice for the pops they was out of mashed potatoes I don't even know why they open up they need to shut it down. And that was at 10:30 in the morning. One star for everything
I would give it 0 stars if it was possible. I truly don't get the line at the drive thru... We ordered 2 of the chicken tender meals the 5 piece ones which cost $10,49 and a free chicken sandwich by using a coupon in the app. The tenders tasted worse than the frozen ones available for sale at the store. They forgot to give us the sauce the meal came with 2 choices of sauce, and they gave us mashed potatoes with gravy when we selected no gravy for both. Not to mention, one of the employees was smoking at the door of the restaurant but he was in the inside. The prices were quite high also. I'm very disappointed and will not return. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
