The food was pretty good I ordered a three-piece meal for me and another person both of our meals combined was $40 The ladies that work here kind of have a staring problem because I was trying to eat and like 4 ladies kept passing by us.Didn't feel super welcomed. Parking: There's not a lot of parking If you prefer to dine in, there's more pick up spots.Where they deliver your food for you.
OMG. The absolute worst ’fried chicken’ ever. For the past few years, I’ve gone to Popeyes, but decided to try KFC in Commack. I cannot believe that they can maintain this location with the quality of food I received. The language barrier in ordering, was the only thing that prevented me from trying to get my money back. I cannot emphasize enough how bad this food was!

Jimmy ruined my KFC experience…he takes your order for drive thru. No greeting, was rude and condescending. I rode up in a good ole mood but it was completely ruined. I told him I haven’t ordered from KFC in a while so I would need his help. Why did I bother this guy had no customer service skills and needs to be retrained IMMEDIATELY! I will never eat at KFC again and especially at this location. I should have just went to BayShore or Central Islip but never again. What really did it was when I asked what’s the difference in the small and large chocolate cake this simpleton says small when he should have known I was talking price difference. Never again! I will stick to POpeyes because they would never talk to customers like this. $31.24 of my wasted hard earned dollars never again!!! DO BETTER! JIMMY NEEDS TO BE RETRAINED ON how to interact with customers.
After my Granddaughters gymnastics class we wanted something fast and affordable. Took home a large bucket and three sides and a chocolate cake. All four of us enjoyed a great hot meal. My son and I are big eaters and there was more than enough food. Staff was attentive and establishment was clean. Would definitely recommend this KFC.
Forgot my mothers order after being extremely rude to her for absolutely no reason whatsoever. And also charging us for it.
Clean store. Difficult to commute with staff on all levels. Only came in for Diablo 4 order

Food was very good and HOT. Been here few times in afternoon Staff always nice. Wish they'd give you ...few extra napkins salt n pepper.
