Drive-Thru service was great. My original chicken was crunchy, it tasted like leftover chicken, not fresh, my french fries was crunchy and over cooked, not good at all. Also, I did not receive my receipt.
I decided to get a pot pie from KFC in District Heights today for dinner. I opted to go through the drive-in. I expected it to be more costly then it was considering the spike in food prices. It was $5 pre-pandemic, $6.19 today. Thanks KFC for keeping the pot pies at a reasonable price as well as favorable, delectable, loaded with plenty of veggies and chicken surrounded by that crispy crust.
Can't get an order correct to save their own lives. so check before you leave. Your typical in the hood customer service nobody really cares about service delivery.
Why if you place an order thu there app they tell you in drive thu you have to come in, to pick it up .you can't pick it up thu the drive thuFood: 4/5
KFC 4-Piece chicken it was great nothing I didn't like it a close early the dining room the bathroom wasn't to clean what's up the dining room was very clean I hope improve in the bathroom and it's clean
Clean parking lot fast drive thru only option at this time friendly and helpful staff that repeated your order and made sure it was correct and i was served fresh hot and great tasting chisken they made going to kfc a joy and will be returning for more fresh hot and great chicken

Instead of using one of the apps to make my order, l decided to do a pickup order for my grandsons and I, and the location was only minutes away. Once I get there to pickup the order, I'm told that they didn't have my drink in supply. I opted for another flavor and the manager? stated that it wasn't possible to fill up a container to complete the order. I was also shorted half of the six biscuits that came with the meal. Not even worth making an uproar about it. Just won't be patronizing that location again.
The hospitality professional went above and beyond to insure that my 81 year old grandmother had chicken wings as it is her favorite part of the chicken to eat. She also loves there Mac and cheese.Food: 5/5
