Wow. Talk about slow. Only one person running the register inside and the drive through. Management needs to not have someone just loading paper towels and actually help out when its lunch or dinner on the register. Not walking around the place looking like you have no purpose. It's an easy job to do. So do it. And people wonder why they dont get the $15 an hour they think they deserve. Glad we dont have a time limit on our lunches at work because there is no way that they can be considered "fast"food. May as well go to a sit down restaurant

I don't normally complain but, very, very, very slow. Had to wait for 20 minutes, not for the food to be cooked but for the order to be filled. Apparently the guy behind the counter couldn't do that even though he only took 2 more orders while we waited. There where only 6 orders ahead of us, one guy who looked like a manager hustling. Everyone else standing around.

The food was acceptable I ordered a power bowl and my husband had a piece of chicken and mashed potatoes with gravy. However no forks or spoons were available to use to eat the food. The workers acted surprised, said they regularly run out of items they were also out of Dr. Pepper and had no suggestions for how we could eat our food. I finally asked for a paper cup, cut it up and we used the pieces as utensils.

I ordered a 6 piece chicken strip and they charged me $10, even though they were on special for 2 - 3 piece chicken strips for $6. I was told that was because I did not ask for them. Then we waited almost a half an hour for that and a Grilled Steak Burrito. They have terrible service! Not going there again!

45 min wait in the drive-thru for our food. 10 minute wait to get to the speaker to order, another 20 before I reached the window for them to tell me they just started frying our tenders, and then another 15 minute wait for them to bring the food out. Stop calling yourselves a fast food restaurant.... Then I get home to open everything and find out it's not even what I ordered!!!

This place is poorly run. First men’s room trash was overflowing on the floor. Cashier messed up our order three times: Waited almost 20 minutes for food inside while they took care of all the drive thru customers. Worst KFC I’ve ever visited. Go to the Culver’s down the street. When I complained a worker said he had my food ready. Five minutes later, he’s still putting it into the box. Lying sacks of chicken dung.

Every single time you come here you are greeted by some high school kid who doesn't know how to work the register or what's on the menu board or some other issue becaise they havent been trained properly by management. Dine in or drive thru you wait 10 min or more to receive food kfc that is dry, disgusting, well past its hold time and should have been thrown out an hour ago. The manager scott is completely inept and has no clue how to train his staff or run a store as the service and quality sucks....all issues that should be rectified from management down through the employees. You bring your issue to his attention, he makes excuses, blames it on being short staffed and kids being high schoolers that don't stay more than a month or two if I worked for this sh!tshow I wouldn't stay either Will not return!

Tried to change my order to a meal, told me "but you already ordered" and was just generally terrible service. Waited over 20 minutes for a small order. I've worked in fast food service before and this was terrible.

I've never received such terrible customer service at any establishment, fast food or otherwise. Employee was rude when taking the order, and when I asked to switch something, they just told me I ordered it wrong and preceded to not fix the order. Communication between the workers was outwardly atrocious.

KFC in Fort Atkinson. Terrible service. Very slow. Always out of food. First time they said they were out of all chicken. Not just a certain kind. They had no chicken. Second visit they were out of all mashed potatoes and gravy. Never had such terrible experience and service at a fast food restaurant.
