I don't mind to wait. With how short staff places are, I'll wait. But at least provide good food, specially when the employee are so unfriendly. Old and disgusting nachos, and order of cinnamon twist had like 7pieces. Lesson learnedFood: 1/5
Food is your typical Taco Bell fare, so nothing special but it saves you from needing to cook. The drive-thru is extremely slow! Instead of keeping things moving, they wait until the vehicle at the window gets their order before taking the next order at the speaker. I’ve never seen this done anywhere else before. I think they’re fudging the drive thru speed numbers this way so it looks like they’re faster than they really are when they report to corporate.
First time there and last time going. Really stingy with the fillings in the food. Paying the same price for nothing but tortillas but if you go into madison, they give you better fillings. Not sure if management is trying to cut cost but super terrible. Not shocked that this location has more 1 star reviews.... Sheesh. Atmosphere was nice tho. But didn't pay for the atmosphere, paid for the food and was not worth it. At least I paid for someone's check...
The past several times, my order has either been messed up or had an odd taste to it. The last time we were there, I got a chicken quesadilla-easy on the creamy jalapeño sauce. The screen said Xtra sauce. I mentioned it should be easy sauce and he said he would fix it. Got to the window and asked if it was fixed and he said it was. Got my food and it had extra creamy jalapeño sauce. Then my friends crunchwrap Supreme was supposed to have extra nacho cheese on it and it did not and also had a weird taste to it, so she didn't finish it. Anytime we tried calling to adress the issues, no one ever picked up the phone.
Terrible experience tonight with Taco Bell it was my first time at this location and I should’ve gone to another location because the worker who took my order was super rude. They didn’t even ask me if I wanted any sauce or dipping condiments with my chicken tacos. It’s like they wanted me out of there. Worse experience and I didn’t even enjoy my meal because of this bad experience
My food was mistakenly given out the drive-thru window. They looked it over, then turned it back in. Then it was given to me. The employees need to be more attentive to the food orders.Food: 4/5
Their breakfast is phenomenal!! Also, they normally have slow service, but good food. Don’t even try the drive through if there’s more than two cars, just don’t. Trust me. Do mobile order with this restaurant, then show up 20 mins after ordering. It will most likely be done by then. Haven’t had any issue with the food, they’ve always gotten orders right and tacos/burritos are not lacking! Maybe they’re short on staff/ have been for the last few months so I give grace : great place to eat but be prepared to wait!
I wish I could give this place zero stars. I've been to pick up an app order for myself and been given 45min old food. I've been to pickup doordash so many times to be given rude treatment - I actually had to file a couple complaints to corporate, once for racial remarks from their second shift manager. Never returningFood: 1/5
Got 5 layer borito and a crunch wrap. The 5 layer was fine but they put in black beans instead of meat in the crunch wrap. They said they didnt have the meat wraps.....weird. then with the sause packets I think were expired because more than one person got sick from that or the drinks. Not happy with that. Still not feeling better being almost Wednesday eve. Probably wont be going back there again I've had better in my own town.
Photos sent to me the person said that the staff is always on his/her phones which is why they move so slow not to mention there are people who work alone in the stores and that's why the lobby is always locked so if you want better service you should apply and make your own food
