Got incorrect change back and no receipt. Ordered a famous bowl combo and Mac and cheese bowl combo. Was rushed to park in a parking spot to wait for my food, Chicken in bowls was most certainly sitting much longer than it should have been - overly dry. Was missing fries out of the bag from the Mac combo. Not sure why they made us wait an extra 5 minutes for par to none on the quality of food and still managed to miss items.
I work with people with disabilities and every time we come in here multiple times a week they treat the individuals so great they are super nice to us always talk to us ask how are day is going and the food has always been great the staff is very friendly and just awesome and they play Christian music highly recommend them
Went for lunch. This place was so clean!! The staff is friendly. Sat at a really large round table with friends and family. Chicken was hot and crispy. Husband got the spicy sandwich, no complaints!
I came to this location for a doordash pick up. The lady at the front asked me for my credentials. Naturally I was confused and ask what she meant. I don't believe the woman even knows what the word credentials even means. Someone should inform her the definition of credentials. Instead of clarifying that she needed to verify the customer name, order number or to verify the pickup. she became extremely irritated, hostile and rude. She very rudely and angrily stated "we have to do this with everyone" and placed the order on the opposite side of the counter instead of handing to me, still without stating what exactly she was requesting name, order, pickup Verification nothing. Most merchant on the platform do things differently. Some want order number, some want to see your verify the pickup and some just want you to sign the reciept.Then I started to ignore the belligerent woman while she was still loudly trying to engage hostility with me. I started speaking with another employee that i will just cancel the order instead. The other employee stated that I didn't have to do that. I then showed the other employee the name, order number and had her watch me confirm pick up. As I was leaving the store the belligerent and hostile woman was yelling out the door something about door dash that I didn't catch as the door was shutting. I have done a large amount of orders from all the merchants in the area and surrounding areas. I have never once in my career as a courier been treated with such hostility and animosity. The incident was reported and recorded through support. I refuse as a courier to do business with this location. And i also refuse to do business with this location as a customer.
Forgot my $5+ chicken sandwich today. After sitting ten minutes for tenders. Didn't get home until it was to late to go back. Pretty annoyed and hope they give me one without an issue when I go back tomorrow.

Very nice people working there, but the food is pretty mediocre. The chicken was a little dry, and the biscuits were terrible, really small, dry and over cooked Not at all what I remembered from past visits. I don't think this is any reflection on the people working there, I'm sure they just bake up the provided company biscuit. Save your money and skip the biscuits.

Ordered a 12 piece family meal drive a hour home and only have 9 piece left out all 3 breasts. Called spoke to manager and NOT ONE time did he say am sorry. His comment was oooo great and do you have your receipt. He also said can you pick up missing item in next 7 days. NO I live hour away and won't be back that way for at least 2 weeks.
