I would avoid this location if possible. We sat at the drive-thru for a minute in silence and wondered if the location was closed. When the woman came on the intercom she was very rude and unhelpful to the couple of questions we had about a combo. She checked us out at the window and was still very short and had a disgusted expression on her face. My husband noticed she was pregnant and we wrote it off having a small on of our own. Before we left after receiving our food asked for 2 cups. Empty cups because we were staying at a hotel and the order came with a drink bag, not individual cups. That seemed to really upset her and she reluctantly gave us one cup. We did not bother to ask again for the second. Even as frustrating as the experience was, we had no interest in complaining until we sat down to eat and found on of the items absolutely inedible. As you can see in the picture. This restaurant has a lot of issues between the customer service and food quality. Save yourself the money and go somewhere else.
Worst fast food I've ever dealt with anywhere, any country! Out of 12 orders they made mistake 8 times. Once had delivery service pick up order for 3 breasts, and 4 sides, only to get 0 chicken. Complained 3 times on KFC Site, no response, not even a 'we're sorry' email. Started using other KFC in Willow Grove, tonight, I went thru this drive through because it was on way home... sure enough, order wrong. Missing chicken breast. Went to complain on corp site, and their complaint form does not work can't select city/location, which on it's own should be so embarrassing for a company this large, there are 15 year olds that could fix that web form error!. At this point, the staff here is either stoned, or purposely messing with orders, the odds of this being random mistakes are just too unrealistic. The management at this location should be terminated, or the place closed. As far as KFC corp. goes, maybe it's just a company that is going to be gone soon. Certainly no one cares about customer service... I will miss them, been a KFC customer for over 50 years!
Chicken was hot and crunchy and delicious and so were the sides. My son was very very happy with his order and just loves KFC.Food: 5/5
Literally one of the worse kfc's around not only wer they not that busy they had atleast 5 crew members working and still took roughly 15 minutes to hand me 2 breast and a wing! On top of that the bathrooms was blocked off and they dont give free refills on soft drinks horrible kfc atleast the dining room was clean.

Nope, nope, and nope please dont come here. I waited forever to get my order taken but I was hungry so I had to get me something to eat. Looking at my food you can see it's not even the same bread used in a regular sandwhich. Also they said I had to pay for sauce and when I saw I didnt get utensils I thought what I gotta pay for those too. Just no, you should just go to popeyes it's way better.
Customer service was horrible i paid for 12 piece nuggets in the drive-through and something told me to count them because they robbed me out of 1 and when i went inside to tell them the girl behind the register after walking passed me a few time looked at me as if i did something wrong!Food: 3/5
Went to get the new $20 fill up box and was NOT GIVEN any sauces and hardly any fries. This was the only thing I ordered... how can you get it wrong?!?!Food: 2/5
Drive through only. Good service, good food Later trip had mobile order, paid for. Arrived to pick up and laughing person said place was closed five hours early. Update: now fully open. Good service and standard KFC food. Received mashed potatoes instead of the cole slaw which eas ordered.
