In fairness, I can’t really rate their food because they were “out of chicken” at the chicken restaurant. But I’m comfortable giving 1 star instead. “Drive Thru Closed” because their “system is down”? Like how are you ringing up customers inside? Just walk over to a register that works with your cordless headset and stop being lazy. The three employees looked like none of them had showered in a week but had been on a meth binge. Straight up hood rap blaring on a radio from the kitchen. On second thought, I’m all set. I don’t even want your food. Probably tastes as nasty as this place smelled.
We ordered pickup for our big family of 6 this evening 7.25.23..The food was on point..hot, good, crispy, and nothing was missing! Best KFC I've had in a decade... Great Job!! Will pass this on to others!!Food: 5/5
Ordered through the app which told us it would be ready by 7:30pm, cool. Drive there just to find out that they have .. nothing lol, yeap literally nothing and we would be lucky if they would have anything unfrozen or ready as a replacement in 2 hours. Now on hold for over 30minutes waiting to get a refund. Superb.Food: 1/5

Picked up some chicken, which I'm told was yummy. Service was average, place is kinda grimey, guy that served me looked like he was working on his Harley 30 seconds before I walked in. Not a huge fan of this locationFood: 4/5

I took my mother and son to this location on a saturday night....the staff was very friendly and attentive. the food was fresh and delicious!!! Fast in service and great customer service!!! we will definitely be back!!!
