KFC - Kentucky Fried Chicken

Food is inconsistently cooked-sometimes the chicken skin is soggy and tastes greasy. They are inconsistent on potato bowls-they sometimes put enough gravy on and other times you wonder if they forgot the gravy! Staff is all very polite and welcoming. This has been the WORST visit to ANY restaurant I've EVER HAD! The girl that took our order was in such a hurry that we couldn't get a thing of tea before she gave us our total on top of being pushy so we order faster, then instead of handing us our order through the window they have us go to the front door while they bag it, IF I COULD GIVE THEIR DISGUSTING SERVICE NEGATIVE TEN STARS I WOULD!! I'm tempted to report them to the corporate office, yes it's fast food, yes it's a chain which means there's a corporate office, but this in UNACCEPTABLE! Our potatoes was so runny and plan it tasted like water that potatos sat in! On top of that the chicken looks like children was playing in the box of tenders!!! On top othe tenders being so hard it hurt my tooth. What are they doing?! They don't belong in fast food or anything that's competitive. With fast food and being competitive the customers need to be satisfied with their visit, you need to be kind and GIVE THEM THEIR TIME so they can MAKE UP THEIR MIND as well as be helpful with questions, you need to give them their food through the window not have them pull up to the front and then take it out once you bag it, IF they go to the window there's a chance THEY ARE SHORT ON TIME!! you are not short on time and should be focusing on getting everything right so the customers WANT to RETURN!! I don't EVER want KFC after this visit!

Sometimes when going through the drive-thru the person taking the order seems like they're just trying to hurry up and get you through regardless of if you're going ahead and telling them your order or not even if there isn't someone behind you in the Drive-Thru.Food: 4/5

I really hope the local owner reads this. First, they need to keep food prepared so it's ready beforehand. Second, the front is not the place for cars to sit for minutes on end waiting for their food. This is a fast food place. Having customers move to the front so it doesn't count against your time is unethical. This needs to be addressed.

Although the staff was friendly, the way everything is managed is unprofessional. One, they do not keep their chicken rotated and fresh. Second, to keep the customer from going against their drive thru time for corporate, they have the customers line up in the front. This is unethical. Customers should not have to wait 15 plus minutes just to get their food. This is a fast food place. I was there last night and there was a huge line behind me in the front. This should never happen. I hope the owner is reading this and makes the needed changes,

I just want to say how great crystal and Daniel are. Awesome people my husband and I are truck drivers and we ordered through door dash and our door dash driver grabbed the wrong food. Crystal asked another employee Daniel to bring our right order out to us super nice and they definitely went above and beyond there duties thank you so much guys

They have great food and the staff is always pleasant!

I went through the drive through and the chicken in my husbands famous bowl was old and grey looking.. it was like over cooked or something he couldn't even finish it and my dog wouldn't even eat it, she ate the chicken from the chicken little but not the famous bowl. Even my fries were hallow and at least half an hour old it seemed like.. it's usually okay but this time around I made me question.
