Only people in line and still over 15 min to get waited on. Very slow service. 1 guy was filling drive thru and lobby orders. No help. What's up with these baby chickens. The biscuit is bigger then the thigh Enough with the Chinese chicken Sorry management
Not much of an atmosphere everybody loves the structured drive in, and there is always helpful and trying to make sure you got everything.Food: 4/5
Wonderful Staff. I arrived about 8pm. The guy was mopping the floor when I walked in. He quit his work went behind the counter asked if I minded him washing his hands before he took my order. Aftet he washed his hand he took my order and made sure it was right and that I had everything I needed. He was polite and a good man to deal with. My food was great. I dont live here im from Illinois and was just stopping through. I wish all restaurants had people like him to work. They whole team seemed to get along and work good together. Thanks Guys I appreciate you.
They were very busy tonight. Half of my food was missing, but they fixed the issue quickly.Food: 4/5
I spent $20 on 1 meal & large order of fries. Specifically asked for the fries to be fresh and hot & was assured that they would be only to pull off thinking of nothing but eating a delicious, hot fry only to find limp, luke warm over salted soggy starch sticks that my dogs would not even eat!! The mashed potatoes were cold & had a clay consistency to them, the gravy looked like brown Elmer's glue & the chicken was like beef jerky!! Each visit gets worse than the one before. They should be ashamed to serve this slop to hog needless a human & need to close up shop!

The lady that took my order lied to me saying my meal was going to be exactly 20 mins but it was actually 30 mins we didn't even get our whole meal they were rude to me and lied to me saying it was 20 mins when in fact it was 30 mins so when I got home and noticed my chicken strips were missing I called them up and asked for the manager and he hanged up on the phone with me when I went back to KFC and brought it to his attention his stupid lieing server lady was hiding in the back and the manager tried to sell me the chicken strips for extra $20 and was rude to me I suggested that no body goes to this location they are liars and scammers and don't know how to run and operate a restaurant the manager needs to be fired and so does that lady
I used to go to this location frequently. Never had an issue with my food. The past couple of times I've been here, I've waited in the drive thru line for 20+ minutes. You can never tell if they are still open because the lights to the outside board are always turned off or don't work. They seem to experience a high turn over of employees/management. When they begin to get more consistent, I'll start going back.
