I was told I had to pick up my order online okay no big deal. I get inside and tell them I’m here for a mobile order. The cashier looks at me and then looks at the mobile order station. I’m thinking in my head okay it’s fine no big deal. I grab my food and start heading out the door. On my way out the cashier tells me to have a good day. Little did they know I would be back very soon. On my way back to my house I had a gut feeling I was missing something. I check my bag and sure enough no dipping sauces for my food. I drive back and head inside and at this point I’m past asking. I walk in and grabbed the sauces off from their counter and went on my happy way. No biggie, right? Well that could be said until I got home and discovered that my chicken tenders meal looks like a chicken finger meal from BK. Oh yeah and my biscuit was mauled before it was put into my box by someone who must of been pretty hungry. KFC for the L.
The attitude of the employees and the quality of food was horrible. We purchased a $8 box meal, the smallest leg I've ever seen. Barely any gravy on the potatoes and not a good flavor. No butter for the dry biscuit. Just very disappointed
Food has a horrible taste and was old called to make a complaint and they said it was freshly made and I know it was not right had other people tried it and they all said the same thing decided just to throw it away. You look in the windows and can see how dirty it is not impressed.
Messed up both are orders didn't give any eating utensils no sauces customer service sucks!!!! I went after the drive tru.They dropped the food containers on the ground open and continued too give then too customers. Was dirty Inside. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT. I ended up throw all my food because it was disgusting
Contacted by this employer directly at least 5 times to notify they are hiring and after completing multiple interviews have never even received a phone call to be informed the position was filled.
The food and service was good, however, I was disappointed that I did not receive any butter for my biscuit or BBQ for my chickenFood: 4/5
It's hit or miss on the quality of food. Employees sound sad
Took over an hour waiting while watching car after car go through the drive thru! Should of just did drive thru!! Bad service!!!!!!! Won’t order online again! If I come back!
Ordered the new Mac n cheese bowl. After saying the word "spicy" I was asked if I wanted spicy or original, repeated spicy again, and they responded original. I corrected him and said I wanted spicy and he gave a sny "yea I got that". Got original.
I ordered online but when I got to the restaurant their doors were closed so I called them. The lady said “Our lobby is closed so you’ll have to go through the drive thru. I had to wait 15 more minutes to get my food. Really mad about this!!!! What is the purpose of ordering online then have to wait in line to get your food? Grrrrr
