I had not eaten at Long John Silver's since moving here three years ago. I did not know that one was here in Big Rapids, Michigan. I stumbled upon it while driving to Walmart. I stopped and got the fish and chicken meal with those delicious hush puppies and Cole slaw. It was better than I remembered! I loved it. I have since been back a few times.
Was fairly clean for a fast food restaurant. Counter cashier was also server and went around cleaning tables at low volume times, keeping the place looking good. Was surprised at the smaller portions LJS is now serving. A bit disappointing. Service was friendly and quick.Food: 3/5
Ordered from the kfc and long John silvers was told 7-10 min wait because the had to make fresh fish. Once we got to the window we were told “ there is going to be an added wait for fries, would you like anything else.” We wanted what we ordered and have no problem receiving true “fresh” fries. Yet when we got our food it was far from fresh it was hard and barely warm. During our “10 min” plus wait one single car went through the drive through which should’ve been our indicator to get the hell out of dodge, however we paid and were expecting the food we paid for already. DONT WAIST YOUR TIME OR MONEY! We ended up at Culver’s which was packed but still got nice hot food that was delicious!
Not too many of these around in West Michigan. This was a combo KFC/LJS. Food was good. They were very busy so there was some waiting but the staff were friendly and efficient.Food: 4/5
First time I have been there. The was hot and delicious. Loved it. They did forget some of my order but I never seem to get everything I order. I got back in line they fixed the issue. I was content.Food: 5/5
I had not been to a Long John Silvers in quite some time. This visit was very disappointing. The food was not as good as I remember.Food: 1/5
Went to the drive-thru and the lady on the other end of the speaker was so helpful and making a decision to get both KFC and LJS drop trash to order hot and deliciousFood: 5/5
Ordered the fish & chicken meal With hush puppies and a side of fries. The french fries taste like They were dropped in a Pool of salt., hush puppies were so overcooked I couldn't bite into them but on the upside the chicken and fish were so greasy I won't need hand Lotion for a month..lmao.
I went here to get a replacement meal. The young lady that helped me was AWESOME!! I can't remember her name but it was at night and I left my phone lolFood: 5/5
