Went thru the drive thru for the 20 dollar box. Got home to no sauces at all! Chicken nuggets were unrecognizable, over cooked in old grease. French fries so greasy and limp. Just completely disgusting. Only thing edible was the biscuits. Call and spoke to Joshua the manager. He did say he would make it again next time I’m in. This is my second bad experience and I won’t be back.
No customers in the store or the drive through yet still took 5 minutes to take my order. I ordered a 3 piece combo and only received 2 pieces. The 2 I got were burnt and shriveled. Coleslaw was pretty much just chopped cabbage
I went in to order there was only 3 people working and they were busy. Within a minute the manager told me that someone would help me in a sec. They apologized for the wait, which was not long, and my order was taken. When my order was ready, the young man who gave me my order looked me in the eye and said thank you. Everyone was working so hard doing their job, There was no yelling, or complaining, just getting the job done. This manager is doing something right. Be it training or choosing the right people to hire. I am impressed.

I grew up coming here, this establishment has good and bad times with employment, last couple years the service I receive once they see I'm white is awful, my neighbor is half/half African American and Mexican American, great family to have for a neighbor, on weekends we order out for the kids so the ladies can take it easy. He won't let me go order and pick up from KFC on palm Beach Blvd anymoreless than 3 miles from our houses, because he noticed what I thought was normal how small the portions were and that all the chicken pieces were small and boney. He mentioned it's impossible to get all small pieces unless it was done on purpose. So we diced to put it to the test this weekend he went and what a difference. I will always send my non white buddy for our KFC on palm Beach Blvd ft. Myers Florida 33905. Considering it's always $60.00 to $80.00 I know this sounds terrible it's because it is. But the food is so good we choose to enjoy.
Place was very dirty. The food tasted weird like it wasn’t cooked right and my daughter and I did not feel safe at all!Food: 1/5
Horrible service, horrible food, and incomplete orders. I've been here twice and both times I was missing sides, but was charged the same price. The first time I was told from an employee that they added another side to replace the item missing, when I got home, I found out I was lied to. The second time I didn't receive both sides, not even a biscuit and again was charged the same. I am fustrated as to how a business can run on like this. Deceiving thieves. Also, just look at what I paud $30 for.
The worst experience in a KFC I have ever had. The service was awful. Chicken overcooked and I asked for all dark meat on the bottom of bucket were large chicken breasts. I ordered and paid for a pot pie which I never got. One of the sides was missing. When I called from home about pot pie and asked for a replacement at a later time my request was refused. To get it replaced I was going to have to drive the 10 miles back there.
Stace took my order was polite and very efficient and on point. Takala the GM gave me my order she was so upbeat and friendly BIG smile on her face. I ask for something after I got to my table and Romero the cook was right there to jump in and help! Wonderful customer service!! Food was hot and fresh tasted GREAT!
My 1st time at this location. The inside was locked and the drive through was taking 5-10 mins per car and then they didn’t have full menu. I just left.
