Our Freshly Made, In Store Products
Before you even enter our store your senses will be aroused by the sweet aromas of warm chocolate, fudge and fresh homemade waffle cones. See with your own eyes as we hand craft a wide variety of candies and other confections right in our candy kitchen. See creamy Mackinac Island style fudge being paddled and loafed the traditional way on marble tables. Listen to the gentle gong of a wooden paddle on a copper kettle as sweet corns and brittles are being hand crafted. Watch as we hand dip fresh apples in our original caramel recipe, developed by Don Kilwin himself, for that perfect and best tasting caramel apple. And that is just the beginning. We also hand dip a variety of treats in our decadently smooth and delicious milk, dark or white chocolate. Try a hand dipped pretzel, Twinkie, Oreo, marshmallow puff or krispie treat.
Kilwin’s Café
For the coffee lovers we have everything you may desire to satisfy your taste buds including both hot and cold drinks made with our Italian roasted style espresso. You will not be disappointed! Try a shot of Espresso, a Cappuccino, Chocolate Mocha, Latte, Caramel Latte, Americano, a cup of fresh brewed Arabica bean coffee (regular or decaf) or hot tea. Enjoy the same great Latte or Mocha as an iced beverage. Add a flavoring if you like.
Chocolate Drinks
For the chocolate lover we offer Hot Chocolate made with classic burgundy dark chocolate blended with steamed milk. The ultimate in decadence is Kilwin’s dark burgundy chocolate (the same chocolate Kilwin’s uses to make our dark chocolate candies) blended with a shot of milk, we call it Drinking Chocolate. WOW!
Fruit Drinks
There is nothing better on a hot day than a classic handmade fruit drink – especially a Kilwin’s fresh squeezed fruit drink. Flavors include lemonade, orangeade and strawberry lemonade.
