Just left this KFC ordered crispy chicken when I got to the window the manager came and told me how he felt about the crispy chicken and offered me original because it was better quality I appreciated that he had no Idea ! and how I strive on great customer service I give this place five stars..thanks sir for going above and beyond and it was fresh!
Food gets 1star because the order was wrong and it looks like someone already took a bite. See pic 1star for service because they tried to charge me twice even after I showed the cashier my pending KFC transaction on my bank account website.Food: 1/5
I’ve gotten food here many times and never had an issue with service, food quality or order accuracy but the dried out possible day old looking chicken tenders I just got are complete garbage and a waste of money. The colonel would be turning over in his grave if he saw what was sent to me. If it weren’t for my wife loving the mashed potatoes you offer I wouldn’t waste my time here again.
We stopped in to get the New KFC Nuggets. Service was Great and the Chicken was really good. The fries are seasoned and great. It's my new go to for chicken nuggets. Got an order of chicken tenders and they were great as well.Food: 5/5
I like this place. Staff seems cool, chill vibe, keep the dining area clean. I grab lunch here about once a month, and I've never had reason to complain.Food: 5/5
I had a coupon and decided to give them a try. It was my first time at this location so I wasn’t sure what to expect. Even though the cashier was busy setting up signage, I was helped immediately. I received my drink cup promptly after the transaction. The fountain was absolutely as fresh as can be. I got my food and it was definitely fresh. I enjoyed the biscuit and the chicken thigh the most. I’d surely mention something about the gravy in the mashed potatoes if you have a preference. There was about a 60/40 consistency. I didn’t like the chicken wing. Service was 5/5 Food was 7/10 Drinks were 5/5 Dining room setup 9/10
Unfortunately I can't leave zero stars. I placed my order on the app. I went to pick up my order and the doors were locked. I had to call the number and was told to go in the drive thru. I got my order and checked to make sure it was correct. Unfortunately the chicken sandwich had mayo on it. I had to go back thru the drive thru and asked if I could get the sandwich without mayo as ordered. He took my sandwich back and LITERALLY WATCHED the guy WIPE the mayo off the sandwich and put it on a different bun and put it back in the sandwich bag!!
Mobile ordered and it still took over twenty plus minutes of sitting inside ordered about 30 minutes ago while the employees just kind of wandered around looking clueless a total of 30 minutes to make a few pieces of chicken, with no line or other customers. coulda done it faster in my air fryer at home bruh Parking: they tell you to pull around into the spot...even when someone else is in it
This KFC location should be in the corporate training manual for "How NOT to run a successful KFC". The drive-thru employee was incredibly rude and disrespectful in both her demeanor and tone. This location is notorious for terrible service and food quality. The concept of returning in six months to see if management has fixed the problems is futile. This place will never be on par, as it not only employs people with no work ethic, but they have totally unacceptable attitudes and a true disdain for their employer and customers. It boggles the mind at how this place continues to keep its doors open. I will never make the mistake of giving KFC Mechanicsville another fair chance.
Wife called and order 2 buckets of chicken for my son's birthday. I was out of the house but she told me to go by and pick it up. I went in and for 5 minutes there was noone to be found. Finally an employee came out and I told her my name. She went and got the food. My wife had ordered two buckets but I was only giving one and she said that was the entire order. I got home and wife asked where the other bucket was and I said I confirmed this is what was ordered with the employee. She drove back up there and got the other bucket. No apology, no anything. Last time I'll visit. Don't expect much from fast food but this was atrocious and the chicken was cold and didn't taste well either
